CHAPTER 203:SAME TABLE.
So when they arrived at intercontinental hotel, the guest that were invited were entering from the different door from the the newly married procession. So Mish texted Ivana to come out so that they can go in together because she didn't have an invitation card. She was just tagging along as plus one. Sometimes that she hated to the core.
Ivana dragged her feet outside and came in with Mish together with Charo. She was surprised when she was told that she can bring in two people with her because her invitation card allowed that and it was the limited cards that were issued out by Lily herself.
So they came in with Charo walking behind them as their bodyguard. Charo was not used to attending wedding, he told Ivana that he can the video for her if she wants. He was not comfortable sitting with them on the table since they were not in the same class.
"Where is our table sis?" Mish asked, sometimes she shy when she is in the presence of many people.
"Second table on your left Mish, let's walk faster. I want Charo to take the video for me." She said while checking at the other door if the bridesmaids were in the queue ready to dance as they come in. She didn't realize that there was a person that was seated at their table.
"Ivana are we sharing a table with that guy?" Mish asked as she tapped on Ivana's shoulder to get her attention.
"What do you mean? ....I'm my God how did these happen?" Ivana asked herself as she recognized the guy sitting at their table. " Let's go we already have three seats there." Ivana said the walked to table.
She didn't hate the fact that Sammy her former boyfriend was seated on the table too. Neither did she like that because if paparazzi spots them, they they will trend the following day. Considering the fact that Lily is the governor's daughter, so the possibility of paparazzi being present in the wedding is very high.
"Do you know that man?" Mish asked.
Ivana heard her but she ignored her and pretend that the music was the reason. She walked about faster and went and sat on her chair that had a sticker with her name on. It was beside Sammy who at all that time was busy on his mobile phone. So when he noticed that someone was seated on the chair next to him, he lifted his head and looked at the person. He was surprised to see Ivana seated next to him, the same time he looked at Ivana they locked their eyes making it so beautiful.
Sammy swallowed so hards as he almost kissed her. He was brought back to earth when Ivana cleared her throat.
"Am I in the wrong table?" He asked no one in particular.
"I really don't know check the sticker at the back of your chair." Ivana said as she turned to look at hers.
"My name it's written there, I don't care if we are two Sammy's here. I won't move from this table now that you are here with me. You are so gorgeous and breathe talkinga baby girl I can't get my eyes off you." Sammy commented with a murmur.
"What if the paparazzi spot us, you what will happen tomorrow." Ivana said.
"I don't care baby girl, they will write about us because they want to sell. So you should not worry because we are a brand." Sammy said again.
"Will you please stop calling me baby girl?" Ivana said through gritted teeth.
Mish noticed the conversation between them, she couldn't help it so she decided to interupt them. Since Charo have left to take the video while the new married couple make their entrance.
"Are you not going to introduce me sis? I don't want to be a third wheel you know." Mish said jokingly but she meant everything inside her heart.
"I am very sorry, I am the one who confused her, she is my best friend from campus. I am Sammy by the way." He said as he stretched out his hand for a shake.
"I am Mish, Ivana's cousin and sister in the same time." She said then chuckled with a smile probably wanting sammy to notice her.
"Nice to meet you Mish, I guess the beauty runs in your family. You decided to put on same colour today." Sammy said but all the focuse was on Ivana.
'I wish I can get this guy today, she is so handsome more than Mike. I gosh what am I thinking!'. "Ivana I am going to the bathroom." She said the left without waiting for Ivana's reply.
"Now we have time to ourselves, Sammy said happily. By the way how are you doing its long before we met." Sammy enquired with a smile.
"I am doing fine, how is work? Atleast you had a chance to focus on your field."
"Talking of work everything is fine, how is your fashion store doing? " Sammy asked her intentionally, he wanted to know if the manager had given her the linen that he had bought.
"It's doing pretty good, I want to have my baby before I focus on it fully. By the way thank you I got the linen you send it to me. I thought that you changed your favourite colours but I guess you will need like other colours. Something funny I just knew that they are from you when I unwrapped them and saw the colours." Ivana explained happily.
"You still remember my favourite colours, what else do you remembers about me?. Ivana I hope you read the note, I have no illy intentions so if you want further help don't hesitate to ask me." Sammy said seriously.
"I know Sammy and thank you so much, thank you for also remaining my best friend despite the fact of what happened between us." Ivana said.
"Don't worry what was meant to happen, had to happen. And they say that what is meant for you it will always find its way to you." Sammy said.
She wanted to say something to Sammy but spotted Mish walking back to them from the washroom.
