CHAPTER 197: I AM GOING TO SUE YOU.
When Mish arrived at home, she found her father reading the newspaper. Atleast the house was arranged and tidy not like the other day,when she found the house disarranged and untidy. Everything was not in place.
"Hi dad,how are you doing?" Mish greeted him.
"Hello, as you can see, I am doing just fine" Mr Mukhongo answered without even looking at her.
She walked to the couch in front of her father and sat down facing him.
"What brings you here? I thought that you are okay with where you are staying." Mr Mukhongo said as he placed the newspaper on the table and looked at her.
"I just came to check on you dad, and see how you are doing." Mish answered.
"Ooh really I thought that you chose your cousin over me....."
"Hey dad, going to live with Ivana doest mean that I stopped being your daughter. It's just that I couldn't do all the chores in the house. There was no maid to help me." Mish answered cutting her dad off.
"Hahaaa you amazes me Mish, so you went to live with her, just because I fired the maids. Look at the house now, is it dirty?" Mr Mukhongo asked her as he he moved his hands around.
"That one aside dad, I come to take one of my car, now that I am employed in Luhyahood company. Am gonna need one of my cars." Mish said.
"But I thought that you are living with your cousin, she is super rich and have numerous cars. Why can't you take one of the cars there?" Mr Mukhongo asked.
"Yeah I know, but that's her own cars that her father left it for her. Just like me, my uncle left me two cars dad. I don't want to burden her now that...." Mish wanted to say that "now that she is pregnant", but she remembered Ivana said that no one else in the family should know about her pregnancy apart from her.
"Now that?" Mr Mukhongo asked wanting to hear what she had to say.
"Mmh now that I want to drive myself to work. The thing is she has one driver and sometimes the driver is needed because Ivana doesn't like driving herself. As for me, I want to drive myself to work because I was training how to drive,some two weeks ago and I think that I am perfect now." Mish said.
"That's why I am telling you, you can have one of her numerous cars and drive yourself to work. As you can see only one car is remaining and I will be using it too." Mr Mukhongo said.
"Where are the other cars dad?" Mish asked anxiously.
"I sold them." He said without any fear.
"Dad! are you being serious right now? Why did you seale them? Where did you take the money? Like why? I don't understand." Mish asked as she shifted in the seat with uneasiness.
"I wanted money and I had no choice but to sale them. Beside the insurance cover had expired and I had no money to renewal." Mr Mukhongo Explained.
"No, dad, tell me that you are joking. What I don't understand is that, those cars were very expressive. Yet you sold and remained with the cheapest one. So where did you take the money?" Mish asked.
"Mish I tell you where I took the money? remember I am your father Mish remember that."
"Being my father has nothing to do with you selling my cars. Remember none of all those cars that you sold, none of it came from you. All of those cars came from uncle. So what if uncle didn't leave me any car? What would you have sold?" Mish hollered at him angrily.
"Remember who you are talking to young lady!" Mr Mukhongo grossed.
"Dad you went out of your way, I have no choice but to sue you. You gonna buy me a new car, I am not joking." Mish said as she stood up and left the house in anger.
"No sweety, don't do that to your father. I have no money left, the money I got from selling your cars I helped Mrs Wechuli in bringing the Company to its feet again that's why you got employed there." Mr Mukhongo said.
"What did you say?you gave money to that woman? The woman that is trying so much to destroy you our family dad?wait a minute is there something that I don't understand dad? Why would you help her yet she sold her Logistic Company to invest in Luhyahood dream company." Mish asked as she stepped back in the house. "Dad please answer me are you having an affair with that woman?"
"What? that woman? Why should I, you know very well that I love your mother Mish. I am not in a relationship with her." Mr Mukhongo said politely.
"Then why did you help her?"
" Mish I have a plan of taking that company from that woman. That's the reason why I invested in my money, my plan Mish involves you in. You are going to help me out,I want you to go and search that mansion without anyone knowing. Search for the legal papers of the Luhyahood dream company. When you find them bring them to me, with that it's going to open the doors for us. We are going to be supper rich." Mr Mukhongo explained.
Mish scoffed then said, "I think you are out of your mind, because I told you that Ivana have no interest in that company and I know that she don't have those papers. What is all with those papers? You told me that they belonged to Mrs Wechuli now why do you need them?"
"Yes they belong to Mrs Wechuli but when I get hold of them, everything will go as I want because I have a plan now."
"I can't lie to you dad, I am not going to be part of that crazy plan. I wish you all the best in that crazy plan of yours, but still I going to sue you, I can't be manipulated." Mish said then walked out of the house and left in anger. She confirmed in the parking lot and indeed only one car was left.
