My Evil System

Cross is a laborer and helper working in multiple construction sites and stores to pay his bills and food. The pay isn’t much, but he is content with his life. He has a job, a crappy rented apartment, and a girlfriend. But it all shatters when the world changes one day. A strange phenomenon teleports everyone into a world of fantasy, magic, dangerous beasts, and mystifying creatures. Everyone is given abilities, skills, and spells and can level up like in a game. The Broken Carriage

[Soarsie]

Eventually, we left for the quest. We rode a carriage courtesy to the guild — a free ride for our third task.

Thank God because I didn't want to run that miles and exhaust my stamina for such a wasteful thing if we could save time and energy to get to our destination using these carriages.

We left early in the morning and arrived at Silvestre Road in the afternoon. We traveled down a misty road with our ears half closed as Rodrick's group made japes out of everything.

It was already hard enough that their loud voices scraped our ears, but it also made us anxious, for it would surely attract beast in our direction.

Maybe that was what they wanted in the first place.

Even so, I was glad that they hadn't disposed of us just yet. Maybe they wanted us as cannon fodders for the final boss?
