THINKING WHAT'S GOOD FOR HER

Andrei and Neon enjoyed their lunch very much and Belle was also happy to see her cheerful brother. 

When their bill came and Eli took it, she immediately held his wrist to stop him from paying it right away. "Let me pay half of the bill and please don't refuse me. Your family has taken great care of my brother. You guys have done so much for us," she expressed at once before he could say something to cut her off. "Please?" 

"Alright. Let me divide it," Eli responded with another idea in mind. Compared to him, Belle was raising Neon on her own while he didn't have a family he was solely supporting. Therefore, when diving the amount, Eli took 70% of the total amount and told Bell to pay the remaining 30%. 

"Are you sure this is the amount that I should pay? Did you compute this properly?" Belle inquired and even tried checking the bill for herself. To avoid her finding the truth, Eli returned the receipt and gave his card to the waitress.
