Chapter Two – Dragon or Human

There is silence everywhere and the cold winds are blowing outside.

The rain has also stopped and April is terrified to see the little dragon and thinks how this dragon baby is here.

It seems that my father was researching on this!

I have to keep it hidden from everyone and this is the last sign of my father and if someone sees it, then everything will be messed up, and anyone can get scared looking at a dragon! April was talking to herself.

And then only the little dragon starts crying.

"It seems as if it is hungry. I should get something for it."

And April leaves.

But when she returns, she gets surprised to see a guy of her age sitting there.

Hey, who are you? April quickly closes her eyes.

"Mummy!" The boy says spreading his hands in front of April.

"Mummy?" Does this mean when he is a human dragon or is it a dragon – human? April is screaming that she can't believe her eyes.

Suddenly the boy starts laughing.

"Why are you laughing?" April asks surprisingly.

Just like that.

"Can you give that me to eat? I'm hungry since years."

The boy stands up and takes the food from April's hand.

"Why were you calling me mummy?" April asked.

"I thought you had same hope from me. Like in movies, when someone comes out of the egg, he calls 'Mummy'!"

The boy laughs.

"What!" April speaks in a strange way.

By the way can I ask you something? The boy says.

Yes, speak! April said.

"Do you like to see naked guy?" The boys says with a naughty smile.

"No!" April replies hurriedly.

So, can you please get me some clothes as I am naked? He speaks while eating food.

"Yeah, definitely. Wait." And she leaves.

The boy just smiles and starts eating until April brings the clothes and puts them in front of him.

What is this? Have you brought the clothes of the dragon's size? The boy says while looking at the length of the cloth.

These are my father's clothes. Now he is no more, so you can wear them! April said gloomily.

Okay! Now go outside so that I wear them. The boy said while wearing the clothes.

On hearing this, April runs outside and waits for him.

Then the boy comes in front of April wearing the clothes. He is long, thin but nimble with big eyes and long hair which hides his little horns.

How cute he is! I can easily make Joey jealous by making it my fake boyfriend! April thinks.

Where have you lost? The boy says waving his hand in front of April's face.

Who are you and what were you doing in my Dad's lab? April quickly asks coming to her senses.

I was discovered by your father a few years ago and then he raised me in an egg but I would have died so he put my DNA in a human robot which gave me two identities a human looking robot and whenever I want I can be changed into a terrible dragon! The boy answered very easily.

Your father did not give that to me!

Ok, so I give you a name. You are a dragon, so from today onwards your name is 'Drago'!

"How was it?" April looks eagerly at Drago.

"That's good!" Drago smiles.

By the way, how old are you Drago?

Approximately 5000 years.

Do you know everything that happened in 5000 years?

Yes, because my human form is a robot in which your father fed all the information.

I do not believe.

Three! Drago replies smilingly.

Oh God! You know everything. April speaks up.

But why did my father made you? April asked.

To protect you. To take care of you.

Your father loved you very much. Whenever he uploaded information in my system, he always talked about you only. He wanted someone for you who would support you in every bad time. So he ordered me to be with you. When you feel sad, then I can come to this world. But that does not mean I am your slave or your servant, so do not order me! Drago said in a strange way.

"But how will you stay here? If aunt sees you, then there will be trouble!" April says.

"So you think something!" Drago speaks while looking at April.

"You give me one day's time, I will do something for you! But till then you hide in my father's secret lab!" April says and leaves.

After some time.....

April arrives at the kitchen, where her aunt Mary is preparing dinner for everyone. Then April comes and stands there quietly.

Are you okay, April?

Yes, I'm fine! I was thinking that we needed an assistant in the cafe! April asked restlessly.

Yeah, you are right! I also think but how to get an honest and good assistant? Mary said while cooking.

I have a friend who needs a home to live so he is willing to work in a cafe! April said panicking.

"Your friend? Apart from Joy, you have never made a friend!" Mary said thinking.

"Yes, I have a friend on social media. He is a good boy. Please meet him tomorrow! April said while stealing the sight.
