Beast chef: As the meat of a beast contains energy people who can handle and preserve that energy in the meat of the beast are called beast chefs.

Pharmacist: The people are both proficient in herbology and making medicine of them as plants also have energy the pharmacist can make medicine of those. There pharmacists who specialize in treating beasts { veterinary}.

And some normal professions are also diverting in that direction too.

Business:

Most of the families are diverted or somehow connect to dealing in handling beasts.

Like now there is a separate division in the food sector of beast meat containing energy. Medicin is also developed in regarding helping tamers and their beasts. Special farms are also there to raise beasts as the wild beasts have less probability to be tamed.
