36 Attacking

Trembling in fear, with her eyes tightly closed within, squatting down on the ground, she had covered her face with her quivering hands. But suddenly, she perceived a sensation of someone unknown standing in front of her as the mighty firm guard wall, to protect her from creepy Ross.

And the deep voice, it was not unfamiliar too! She had heard the voice staying very close to that person, who has always protected her from approaching dangers. It was Zeus!

Hearing his voice, she slowly shoved her hands away from her front and tried to blink at that scenario. Wearing a massive black fur coat, and completely soaked in water, Zeus was guarding her against him in a stern posture.

"Ze-Zeus!" With a glimmer of relief on her face, she stood up from the ground, just behind him.

"Ahhh, I knew it. You would definitely come to interrupt my dinner." Ross didn't seem a bit flinched with his sudden arrival. Instead, he responded with a witty reply which further elevated his rage.

"And you really thought I would allow you to even lay a single scratch over her? I guess you have forgotten my warning." With a deep reverberating dominating tone, his resonance echoed vibrationally in the entire vacant field they were confronting in.

"Haha! And I guess I came prepared today." Immediately conveying his wicked response, Ross made a beast gesticulation on his face, curved his jaws, raised his eyebrows, and smirked with a malicious gaze in his dark eyes. He raised his right arm high up on the air and dashed furiously towards him with a mode attacking him.

Eva was spellbound in shock with the absurd scenario happening in front of her eyes! The gentle and friendly person she thought about him was completely opposite from the one she mistook him. The way he dashed running towards Zeus, it appeared like a wild animalistic chase!

But Zeus didn't even slip aside from his rigid position and glared at him intensively. As he dashed extremely closer to him, Zeus clenched his fist and threw a vigorous punch over his face from his sturdy grip. With his one robust punch, he was almost sent flying up on air. He fell down on the ground at a distance far away, smashed his face down.

As he dropped down, he rushed towards him using his supernatural power by taking a huge leap with his giant legs, clenching his fist again. But this time, Ross dodged his attack by sliding aside on the ground at the last moment.

She rolled her eyes in awe as the way they were chasing after each other, wasn't normal men fight! It appeared as if she was watching any cinematic graphics before her sight. With a dreadful gaze and throbbing heart, she stood all frozen staring at Zeus.

"F*ck! Why are you dodging away from me? I don't wanna waste my time furthermore on a weakling like you." Zeus stood up from the ground and wiped off the dust from his coat while challenging him in a calm resonance.

In the bright moonlit illuminance, he saw Ross was bleeding from the corner of his lips with his one vigorous punch. With an evil smirk, he wiped off the blood from the corner and darkened his gaze, glaring at him. "Then I guess, we should fight in our true beast mode." 

Immediately, Eva witnessed a horrific paranormal sight ahead. He raised his arm and giant razor-sharp claws emerged out from his nails of both arms. He was grinning maliciously and two sharp, brutal white canines emerged out from the two side corners of his teeth. Moreover, his pupils dilated and the color of his eyes transformed from normal black to illuminant blue. He didn't appear like a human anymore, but a violent beast glaring at Zeus.

"Aeeekkkk!" Petrified in dread, Eva screamed aloud, covering her mouth with her shivering arms while glancing at Ross. He looked like a horrifying monster with the fierce gesticulations he was advancing.

"I will show you what you get after interrupting my dinner! Aaaaaaaahrrgghh!" He raised his claws and rushed towards Zeus with a vigorous attempt to attack him.

Quickly he dodged his turbulence and immediately grabbed him from behind by the neck to lock him within his grasp. But things didn't go as he planned.

SLASH!

Suddenly, he slipped away from his grip and slashed his upper arm causing him to bleed profusely. Zeus was a bit startled too with his quick attack which happened in the blink of a second.

"Hahhh!" Eva gasped in fear while watching him getting attacked in a flick of a second by him.

DRIP! DROP!

Blood droplets started dripping down from his arm and Zeus glanced at the scar with a fierce face. He gnashed his teeth in anger and raised his chin above to glare at him turbulently.

"I guess, your powers have slowed down, Mr. Alpha. Look above!" He raised his index finger and pointed at the illuminated moon covered behind the dark clouds, shimmering in the night cold sky. "Full moon is in just 2 days from now. Your powers will be at the lowest peak and that's the reason, you were slow in dodging my claws. You won't be able to stop me!" He grumbled with a malevolent chuckle.

"I will kill you! I will crush you within my arms!" With the fierce declaration, suddenly, his pupils dilated and the dark coloration of his eyes transformed into bright red radiance, the color of a true blood dominant alpha. He raised his bleeding wounded arm and giant sharp claws emerged out from his nails of the right hand. Stomping his feet turbulently over the ground, he ran towards him head-on rising those giant claws.

STAB!!

"Nooooooo! Zeus!" Eva shrieked in horror, rolling her eyes wider.

Suddenly, Ross approached fiercely towards him and stabbed his abdomen right away with those monstrous claws. Zeus again couldn't estimate his counterattack and got himself trapped in this plan.

His body twitched in pain and he lowered his head to look at the sight. He had thrust his entire claws inside his gut and stood in front of him with a victorious grin.

But something felt unusual! Generally, alphas face such grave injuries from enemies countless times in life, but with this stab, he felt a burning sensation in his entire body as if somebody had put him up on a fire! With immense pain, he twitched his body again but Ross thrust his hand further inside causing him more suffering!

"OUGHHHH!" Zeus quivered in pain as he drove the entire claws straight inside his gut. He grabbed his shoulder and tried to pull him away from his body but his entire body was paining with a burning sensation.

"What! Why is it burning! Aargh!" He shrieked out with a trembling voice

Ross leaned his head a bit closer to him and smiled predominating his enormous canines. "It's wolfsbane dust. It will definitely ensure your death!" He grumbled at him with a chuckle.
