Unchangeable course
The next day, fueled by frustration and determination, Klaus sought out his homeroom teacher, Sage, to confront him about the recent events concerning Cyrus. He knew to find Sage, he needed to go to his office which was in the blue house itself so that was where he went.
"I wonder why he is taking this news so lightly. And moreover, how did he even know that Sumi was a vampire or that vampires existed to begin with?" Klaus thought, trying to decipher the indifferent look on Sage's face as he broke the news to him. It was as though Sage had anticipated the outcome, which made Klaus even more cautious. He didn't want to slip up and reveal his true identity as a demon to Sage as well.
As Klaus stood before the enigmatic homeroom teacher, his emotions were evident in his furrowed brows and clenched fists. He couldn't understand why someone in a position of authority, someone he had trusted to protect them, would allow such a dangerous situation to unfold.
