Meredith had finally managed to calm down and clear her head enough to begin thinking again. She was now Mrs. Brayden Charles Maxwell and would be for the rest of her life whether she liked it or not. Eventually she would come to terms with that and figure out a way to be happy in an unhappy situation. But for now things were moving to fast for her liking. She needed to think and stop freaking out. She would have time to freak out later.

She was on her way with Brayden to his home, which he called 'our home.' But she hadn't finished packing things. She hadn't expected to go straight from work to his place. She hadn't even really expected to get married immediately. She really wasn't sure what she had expected but none of what had happened thus far was on her expectations list.
