The court case was a few days ago, to be honest seeing them again scared me but I had Sam and I had Schlatt, I was a bit nervous since I'd be meeting his sister and honestly I hoped she was as timid as him." Alex there's someone at the door for you" I heard and looked over to see my sister Hannah." Oh thanks Hannah" I said smiling some and got up. "Why are you so dressed up?" She asked following me." Well I'm gonna meet someone important to my friend" I said and she nodded, I walked to the door unlocking it and opening it." Hey" I said and he looked at me his ear flicking some." Hey" he said and I grabbed my keys." I'll be back remember Sam doesn't know about this" I said and she nodded. I closed the door and heard it lock behind me, we walked to his car and I got in the passenger side." You ready?" He asked me and I nodded. We got to a parking lot and I followed him confused as hell." Where are we going?" I asked and he just kept walking." Schlatt" we both heard and I watched him tense some and we both looked to the right." Hey sis" I said and I looked down at the shorter woman." Heh short" I said and she made a fist, I moved behind Schlatt.

"Hit him instead" I said and she grabbed his horns pulling him down and dragged him around some, he just seemed a little moody but didn't fight her on it." I'm Caroline" she said stopping and I nodded holding my hand to her." Alex" I said and she shook my hand." Nice to meet you Alex" she said and after an hour of so it didn't take me long to figure out that she was quite the opposite of Schlatt." How old are you?" I asked and she pinched me." Don't ask a lady her age" I moved away rubbing my face." I'm a year older then whiney pants" she said and I snorted some. "H-hey wait I don't whine that much!" He said looking at her." Hehe sure" she laughed.

-Caroline's POV-

'Good to know he can open up to someone else I mean he talks about him all the time to me, geez he looks like a love sick puppy' I thought as I watched Alex talk to Schlatt. After a little bit Schlatt looked at his clock." Wait there was one more thing I wanted to do before I have to take you home" he said and Alex looked at him confused." O-okay?" He said and Schlatt looked at me." Talk to you later" he said and they left, I waved to them and they waved back. I smiled and stood up grabbing my phone seeing a text. -i'll be home soon just talking to my brother- I sent the text and walked to my car smiling some." Good to know they are happy"

-Alex's POV-

We drove for a bit before stopping at a park and he parked and we walked to the swing set." I love you" he said kissing my forehead, I blushed some and stood next to him and after a bit I sat on one of the swings swinging myself some after a few minutes I heard a loud boom then saw the sky fill with color. I stopped and got off the swings standing next to Schlatt.

-Schlatt's POV-

'I hope he isn't scared of fireworks he never told me and I never asked or told him about this... Oh well he seems to be okay' I watched the fireworks with him and after about 30 minutes it was over. "What was that!?" He asked excitedly looking at me, I looked down at him." It was a firework show" I said a little off guard by his question." That was amazing!" He yelled happily like a child. "Have you never seen them before?" I asked genuinely curious. He shook his head quickly." No Sam adopted me when I was about 11 or 12.." He said looking back at the sky, a drop of rain hit my nose and I looked up." It's gonna rain.." I said pouting some. "What was that?" He asked and just like that it began to rain and pretty heavily." Hahaha!" I heard laughing and looked over to see Alex spinning and running around like a child. I smiled and ran after him grabbing his hand.

-Alex's POV-

I looked at Schlatt when my hand was grabbed." Yes?" I asked walking over to him." You'll slip running around like that" he said and I smiled some, I leaned up to his face and kissed him wrapping my arms around his neck. He kissed me back after a second or two and put his hands by my back and we kissed for a minute or two before I pulled away." Oops I slipped" I said as I pulled away." Hehe no you didn't" he said smiling and I did too. The next few weeks were amazing we spent every chance we could together at school, it sucked that we didn't live close and that Sam didn't let me drive much." Sam can I please use the car?" I asked and he looked at me." Why?" He asked and looked off." To go see a friend" I said looking at him. Sam stared at me some." Bye Alex bye dad I'll be back" I heard and we both watched my sister leave out the door. "Where is she going.." I said squinting some." I'll figure that out later" said Sam and I looked at him." Please I'm not gonna wreck the car or get a ticket" I said, Sam sighed and handed me the keys." You get in any type of trouble and your grounded for two months" he said and I groaned some but nodded and ran out the door locking it behind me. I pulled out my phone as I got in the car putting on my seatbelt.

I put my phone down and felt so cheesy for putting that stupid heart but oh well, I started the car and drove around for a little bit before parking next to the curb and walked for a bit before going to a door and knocking on it, after a minute the door quickly opened." Alex?!" Schlatt said quietly but surprised. "Yep" I said and he grabbed his keys and shoes closing the door and locking it." What are you doing here?" He asked as he put his shoes on." Well I wanted to hang out" I said and he hugged me some." Okay come on" he said and we walked back to my car." He let you drive?" He asked and I nodded.

"I can't get in trouble tho or i'm grounded for two months" I said and heard a small snort, I glared back at him." Shut it sheepie" I said and he pouted." Ram" he said in a means to correct me but I just shrugged some. "Sheepie" I said and he groaned some, I only laughed at his reaction to my nickname.
