Chapter 47

Andreas's POV

I thought her presence took away the nightmares, but how wrong I was. Isabella and I had gone to bed together and she was sleeping right next to me. I could see how lost she was in a peaceful slumber, but on the other hand, was struggling in my subconscious and I just wanted to wake up.

I kept calling out her name but no sound came out of my mouth and when I tried to touch her, my hands felt stuck to my side.

I knew that I was in a dream because in contrast to my reality, a war was happening. People were running and so was I, but I wasn't sure if I was the predator or prey. I saw the moon and under it were creatures with hideous forms, having fangs dripping with blood.
