Luckas swallowed as he became aware of everyone's attention being drawn to him. He was struck by how helpless Philip's eyes were. Luckas nodded as he made up his mind to assist Elias for Philip's sake. "How risky will this be?"

As soon as Luckas accepted the proposal, Madeline and Magnus were shaken out of their melancholy. They had not expected the young man to risk his life to assist a stranger.

Magnus had just begun to build up his expectations when he finally released something. Magnus was completely puzzled as he glanced at Luckas after Philips had just questioned whether something went wrong with Luckas' elementaryization.

Magnus was starting to make sense of events, such as the previous giant fire pillar, Maven's sudden appearance, and how Maven was useless in this situation, but a novice cultivator like the young man wasn't.

Magnus approached Luckas with the Dream Sunflower that he had brought along inside his spatial ring. The Dream Sunflower trembled just from being near him, as though the little seedling was overjoyed.

Luckas was listening to Maven's explanation when he spotted Magnus approaching. Luckas was apprehensive since he was dealing with a bigshot, but Magnus bowed to him and left him dumbfounded.

-" I shall be indebted to you; if there is anything you want, please come to our Mountain of the Eternal Sun and request." Magnus approached Luckas right now because he wanted the Dream Sunflower to be nurtured as soon as possible, but his gratitude for him was genuine.

Maven had a little smile on his face as he gazed at Magnus's closed fist. Magnus sighed as he realized he couldn't really hide such things from Maven. At the very least, he did not expose Magnus to every one, since Maven knew Magnus was really sincere about his gratitude towards Luckas.

Magnus was envious of Philips, now he had Maven and the young man who had gone through Elementaryization. Why did two of such a phenomenon occur in Strafhampton territory if it was supposed to be rare? If the young man known as Luckas can mature, he will be a force to be reckoned with on the continent. Magnus groaned, thinking that nothing would surprise him any further on this journey; yet, when he glanced at Byrth, who stood next to Luckas, he was astonished once more.

Elias had informed him before that the young man who had been awarded the Eternal Sun Body Technique had joined the Strafhampton Army. What made Magnus taken aback was a weird sensation he felt inside the youth aura.

-" Eternal Flame? Why does he have the Eternal Flame?" Magnus's astonishment was much greater this time.

Everyone, except Maven, was taken aback by his statements. Madeline and Noah were close to the Eternal Sun Sect's higherups, so they all knew what this meant. Their surprise was exacerbated by the fact that they knew the Aurelion Mark was the only method for someone from the Eternal Sun Sect to cultivate the Eternal Flame.

Philips, who was listening to Maven and Luckas converse, looked at Magnus with interest. -" Eternal Flame? Isn't that your sect's special technique or something? Does Luckas have it?"Magnus approached Byrth and held his hands just as Philips finished his question.

-" It's truly the Eternal Flame." Magnus trembled as he held Byrth hand. "How can you have this? To get this flame method cultivation, the Eternal Sun Sect studied for a long time, yet we never succeeded."

Byrth shifted his gaze anxiously to Maven, unsure of what the man was talking about. – "I C-C-Cultivated while Luckas was in the middle of the Elementaryization, I don't really know what happened. I just felt like my fire appetite had increased as a result of this." Magnus sensed that the young man was as perplexed as he was.

-" Eternal Flame? It's only a Lesser Flame." Maven smirked. "Your ancestor's inheritance is nothing more than the remnants of a Fire Elemental. Luckas was nearly transmuted to the level of a Greater Elemental, and this young guy was present during it."

-" Greater Elemental?" Magnus's eyes widened in amazement. "What realm are you in right now, Maven?"

-" MIddle phase of the Lesser Realm. This is why I oppose Luckas exercising his powers. His powers are now too unstable, and if something goes wrong, his Elemental Soul would consume him."

Magnus and Philips' expressions darkened as they learned of Lucka's predicament; if Luckas failed and was consumed, everyone here would be in severe trouble.

– "He couldn't possibly be a Greater Elemental, can he? While I don't know much about Elemental entities, I'm very confident a newly forged Elemental core can't handle that much power." Magnus thought Maven was talking nonsense.

-" Well, He was on the edge of becoming a Greater Elemental when his Elementaryization ended, thus he's a pseudo-Greater Elemental. There are far too many mysteries surrounding his Elemental core, but I believe this is linked to his Fire Affinity."

Is it related to his affinity? How is this possible? Is he the God of Fire's son or something?" Magnus' worldview had been destroyed; he had been entirely immersed in studies of elemental entities for years.

Magnus' interest in Elementals stemmed from his resentment at Maven utterly outclassing him following his Elementaryization, as well as the current state of the Eternal Sun Disk. Magnus believed that gaining a deeper grasp of the Elemental realm would solve the majority of his woes.

While Magnus was still battling his emotions, Maven continued to explain things to Luckas. "Are you all set, Luckas? It's important to remember that this isn't just natural Qi, but a mixture. The energy remains of such a powerful spell persist for a long time."

Maven started giving Luckas instructions on what he should do. Luckas inhaled deeply and nodded. To concentrate, he closed his eyes and extended his palms to the sky.

-"You must separate the lingering energy from the spell and the natural QI; this will be a difficult effort since even controlling the natural QI will be more difficult now that he is in a chaotic condition." Maven was dead serious as he said that. -"For the time being, concentrate on gathering as much as you can; don't worry about losing control of it, I will help you." Maven took a position behind Luckas, his palms pressing against his back.
