Am I late?..

Y/n woke up with a bright smile on her face 😊 which turned to a horrible one 😮when she saw the clock⏰.

"Oh no! It can't be . I am late." she shouted.

Yes, she was late for her school on the day of her last exam. Only students can understand the pressure of exams and the late night studies.

It was already 9:00 am and she should reach school by 9:50 am. Though she didn't care about being late at school but she promised her friends to meet them at the school gate by 9:50.

She jumped out of bed🛌 directly in washroom🛀 and after about 30 minutes she went out of her room in a neat and tidy school uniform👔 with a pony tail which led her straight hairs upto her shoulders. She looks perfectly like a sweet , sincere school girl🥰.

*DINING ROOM*

"Miss, take your breakfast🍜."An old man said from kitchen while smiling.

Still in great hurry yami sat on chair. While eating she kept talking to the old man.

Y/n : "So, they didn't come back last night too."

Old man : " Don't worry kid , they'll come soon."

Y/n: " Worry ? 😏 I used to worry but no more worries . I really don't care now . " Y/n sighed😒.

Old man : "Don't get them wrong. They love you both alot and they work endlessly to give you a comfortable life."

Y/n : "Yeah I know and I understand too. I miss them alot😔." She said sadly in low voice.

"What about Mr.useless???🤔"

Old man : "I guess he is still sleeping😴."

Y/n : "Good, Tomorrow I'll be sleeping too. He is lucky that his exams ended yesterday."

After finishing her sentence she ate the whole bread at once.

Seeing Y/n in great hurry , the old man said "Dear all the best for your exam. Go slow and don't hurt yourself."

Y/n replied her mouth full of bread and one shoe👢 in her hand"Yes, Uncle chef thank you" and she almost 🤢choked the food but then gulped it.

The old man passed her water 🥛.

"Driver Uncle! Please go as fast as you can." and the simultaneous sounds of door banging and car 🚗 speeding away was heard.

***After 10 minutes***

*OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL*

She was standing on the opposite side of the road facing a huge building🏢. Her school was very big and definitely the best school of their city. Students wearing uniform , cap and ID card were entering school in groups.

Y/n thinking to herself : 'Oh! I'll really miss this huge building alot but it's good that I'm not attending school after this anymore.'

Her friends were already there infront of the school gate.

Y/n : "Hey guys! " she waved 🙋at them to catch their attention and crossed the road.

When she reached near the gate , she found them angrily staring at her😡.

Y/n to herself😖 : ' Oh shit! Am I late?..'
