Qingfeng Li's right index and middle fingers stretched out before him in a lightning-fast motion, catching the half-step saint Black Rapier in a pinch-hold.
Seeing this, the Sky-Breaking Monarch's expression changed. A hint of awe surfaced in his eyes. "How's this possible?" he said. "My Black Rapier is a half-step saint level dharma treasure. How DID you catch it with just your fingers?"
Qingfeng Li replied with a nonchalant smile, "Whoever said that you can't catch half-step saint level dharma treasures with your fingers? Isn't that what I'm doing right now?"
A cold gleam flashed across the Sky-Breaking Monarch's eyes. "I don't believe this," he said. "Your fingers are just flesh and blood. How can they be a match for a half-step saint level dharma treasure?"
