They controlled real-time information of the manor and all the teams through the Night Watch and intelligence from the town task NPCs, together with the surveillance by birds operated by these informants.

For any emergencies, they could respond immediately.

The person responsible for this training, Deputy Leader Sonam Heidler, also lived in the attic of this building.
