Apothecary's Request: Part 1

"Can I ask just what you are planning to make with the herbs that can be found in the EverGlades forest?" - Angel

"I was trying to make a potion that can increase one's lifespan, and the herbs that can be found in the EverGlades forest contains energy from the earth and dense mana." - Amelia

"What if it doesn't work, the forest also contains monsters that has been strengthened with mana, wouldn't my efforts be for naught." - Angel

[Of course, not even my female apothecary, Kabu Cobra could create something like that. The best she could do was make an reverse aging pill, which reverses age of two years but I guess that's like increasing your lifespan as well.]

"Then I will pay you higher than the agreed reward." - Amelia says as she looks down on herself

"Then I'll take my leave then." - Angel

"So your going to reject it as well." - Amelia

"What do you mean? I'm heading off into the forest." - Angel

"So your still going to do it? I'll be sure to succeed!" - Amelia

[Heh, if she actually succeeds in this, Manasa would like this and might take her in as a disciple.]

<EverGlades Forest>

"Hah, this place is still beautiful as ever, the red grass and the red leaves of the trees that goes well whenever sunset comes." - Angel

"Intermediate Magic: Fire Lance!" - Clementine Kaplan

{Angel looked at the fire lance and erased it by just a wave of his hand.}

"W-what did you do? How did you not get hit!?" - Clementine Kaplan

"Who are you to just cast intermediate magic on someone? If it were a normal person, they would have been burned to crisp by now." - Angel

"This place is restricted to the academy and the students, anybody who is not part of the academy who enters this forest is an intruder." - Clementine Kaplan

"Who said so, I'd like a word with the person who stated that the forest is his." - Angel says as he looks at Clementine with anger

"I am Clementine Kaplan of the Kaplan family, and also one of the academy's instructor. I was given the order to eliminate the intruder but it seems you're no ordinary man." - Clementine Kaplan

"Do you also teach your students to just cast magic on anyone, I just came here to get some herbs." - Angel

"Herbs? Do you even know how dangerous this forest is with the monsters that resides here?" - Clementine Kaplan

"I do, and I don't care so just let me do my job." - Angel

"Fine do your work, I'll be returning to the academy." - Clementine Kaplan

"So your saying that an adventurer was able to make your fire lance disappear? Is that man still in the forest?" - Ferdinand Reias(Headmaster of the academy)

"Yes, he is still in the forest to gather herbs." - Clementine Kaplan

"I would like to meet this man, no ordinary person can make an intermediate magic like fire lance disappear with just a wave of his hand." - Ferdinand Reias
