Chapter 9

𝓚𝓲𝓶 𝓙𝓪𝓮-𝓱𝓮𝓮

Twenty minutes later, I was chilling on the couch with everyone else and we watched tv. I grabbed a lollipop pop from the candy bowl they have on their coffee table and I unwrapped it, popping it in my mouth.

Yummy, cotton candy flavor.

"Well well well, look who finally decided to join us." Hobi said looking behind me. I turned around only to see Jimin standing in the living room.

"Someone was too busy for breakfast today." Jin smirked

Jimin sent me daggers and I tried not to laugh. Then he smirked "I had my breakfast already."

My eyes widened and I almost choked on my lollipop.

"Unfortunately, she just teased me then left." Jimin groaned then looked at me and I cleared my throat.

"Damn."

"Ahh sucks dude." They all mumbled something. Then Jimin joined us in the living room and sat right next to me.

Purposely sitting on me and I glared at him and shoved him off me. "Hey, There is a whole space right here." I groaned

"Ops sorry, I didn't see you there." He smirked and I glared at him.

"You just wanna die don't ya." I mumbled. Everyone wasn't even paying attention to us, they were focused on the movie to even notice anything going on between us.

Jimin looked me up and down, he licked his lips and for the millionth time I almost choked on my lollipop.

I caught him staring at my chest and my heartbeat increased as he stared at me.

He's killing me, I just want to pounce on him and kiss him and.... let me stop. My brothers are here.

Just then Jimin's right hand slowly creeped up my thigh, way to close too if I might add.

Calm down Jaehee... breath.

I smirked once an idea popped in my head.

I looked into Jimin's eyes and took the lollipop slowly sucking it and licking it. Teasing him.

Jimin's smirk fades and he gulps. I bite my lip and send him a grin. Then I continue to eat my lollipop before taking one last lick and bite the remaining off the stick.

But then I almost choked because apparently there was gum inside the lollipop.... I guess that's what I get for trying to be cute and tease Jimin.

Jimin noticed and he busted out laughing as I try to recover from my coughing fit and he mouthed "Karma's a bitch, huh?"

I stared at him in disbelief. He can't use my own words against me, so I glared at him and turned away from him a tried biting down on the gum.

Damn, why is there so much gum in here. My jaw hurts from trying to chew it.

"Damn Jae, I can hear your chewing from all the way over here." Taehyung said from the other side of the couch.

Then everyone's eyes were on me "Well sorry I almost choked to death. No one even batted an eye to see if I was okay." I crossed my arms pouting "Not to mention, this gum is hard to chew."

"Well next time choke quietly, please." Jimin joked and my jaw dropped.

I nodded my head "Wow, okay.... bet." Then blew a big bubble and popped it then returned to watching the movie.

It's been like five minutes and my gum is already loosing its flavor and getting hard. So I got up and walked to the kitchen to spit out my gum.

I looked at the time, it was noon already. I should start heading home soon. I got to work night shift tonight, which sucks.

I don't normally work Saturdays and Sunday's but my manager asked if I can cover a shift for someone, in which I agreed.

As I was zoned out, I didn't realize someone walked in and stood right behind me until I felt a pair of arms wrap themselves around my waist, hands sliding under my shirt.

I jumped startled, but I immediately recognized who it was. I smiled and turned towards Jimin and looked up at him as he grinned down at me.

He pulled me into his chest and I wrapped my arms around his shoulders. Jimin lowered his head closer to mine, both of our noses touching. I smiled at him "Hi." I grinned.

"Hi." He grinned right back. "What do you say about going on a date with me."

My heart stopped beating, my breath got caught in the back of my throat. I wasn't expecting that and the way he nonchalantly said it.

Jimin stared into my eyes waiting for my response and I nodded my head, grinning "I'd love that."

Jimin's smile grew bigger "Awesome." Then he kissed my forehead, my nose, both of my cheeks and lastly my lips.

I closed my eyes enjoying the feeling of his lips against my own. I pulled back sighing and pulled him closer to me and laid my head against his chest.

"Sadly, it can't be today. I gotta work tonight." Jimin pulls away from me, frowning.

"But you never work on the weekends." I smiled upon at him. I didn't even know he kept track of the days I worked.

"I know, but they asked me to cover for someone and I didn't think I'd be doing anything tonight." I mumbled, feeling annoyed now that I have to work when I could have gone on a date with Jimin instead. I smacked him on the arm, earning a small yelp from the blonde boy. "Hey! Why didn't you ask me earlier, you pabo."

Jimin rubbed his arm and mumbled something about not knowing I'd be working. I laughed and rubbed his arm "Sorry, I didn't mean to hit you that hard." Jimin pouted

"How will you make it up to me?" He smirked and I glared at him

"Hmm... maybe I'll reward you after our date, only if I have a good time." I grinned and pecked him on the lips before skipping out the kitchen.
