The place where Shanaya went was one of the small towns in the Blackmore area of England. The city has extensive agricultural land and plantations that are owned by each house. Usually, every citizen will have full rights to their land which is passed down from generation to generation. Moreover, the city is one of the largest agricultural producers in England, which will be sent to other big cities. The houses are quite far from each other because there will be plantations belonging to them as a separator.

That was what Shanaya remembered from the first time she came to this town. The atmosphere is still beautiful and typical of the countryside does make him comfortable. Moreover, the air is still cool, and the most important thing is that the cell phone signal is still difficult in this place. Makes him feel more secure and comfortable. Shaka's image still haunted him. He was both scared and disappointed by what had happened. Shaka's betrayal of Irene left a wound in Shanaya's heart. Even in the end, Shanaya knew, that their relationship was over because Irene was killed by Shaka. But that didn't make him feel disappointed. Shanaya is increasingly convinced that staying away from Shaka is the best thing.

The bus stops at the last stop. The village is indeed quite far from the big city. Even the carriage carrying Shanaya couldn't be the only transportation that brought her to the village. He had to take a small bus to reach his father's hometown. There is no other public transportation. Even Shanaya had not seen any passing four-wheeled vehicles or even encountered her when approaching this village. Most residents still use bicycles and horses. Even if there is a car, it only comes to transport the local people's products to be sold to the nearest town and market. He also heard that from the explanation of the bus assistant to a driver. A shabby man with a small towel slung around his neck greeted Shanaya as she collected the fare. He was surprised at the arrival of the city woman to a village that was quite remote from other villages. Shanaya also only briefly explained the purpose of her coming to that place. Because in the past, when he came to his father's funeral, Shanaya and his mother took a private vehicle. It's a bit of a hassle when you have to take public transportation. But this was all he could do to get to that village. Since his parents died, he has to try to live alone, even the house he has lived in since childhood had to be sold for his needs so far.

No one knows Shanaya's departure, not even her friends and boarding housemates. Shanaya was scared that Shaka followed her into the village. Because he never talked about his father's hometown. The girl didn't want to see Shaka again. But if Shanaya asks for a breakup, she is sure that it will never happen. Because Shaka is a very selfish person and likes to do what he wants. Back then, when Shaka had hit Shanaya, the girl wanted their relationship to end. Shaka doesn't necessarily agree with Shanaya's wish.

Shaka seemed to want to completely control Shanaya. Shaka is very overprotective and stubborn, causing Shanaya to finally relent. But Shaka has a soft side that has indeed allowed Shanaya to survive this far, despite what has happened to them. The bus that took him only dropped Shanaya off. Because he was the last passenger.

Shanaya was standing on an unpaved road, and what was worse was that no one was around, because now she was starting to feel lost in that place. Shanaya had completely forgotten which way her grandparents' house was. The girl decided to walk in. The gate that stretches in a semicircle above it is the entrance to the village.

Dragging her suitcase, and backpack behind her back, Shanaya continued to walk while looking around. He hoped to find one of the residents so they could ask where he was going. His tall legs continued to walk until he led Shanaya to a bridge that was not too big. There he saw a group of young men sitting on the edge of the bridge-playing guitar. There were about five young men who could be estimated to be the same age as him.

Shanaya was hesitant to approach, but only through them was the only way to be able to move on, and also this was her chance to ask her grandparents' home address. Since entering this village, only the five of them have met Shanaya. Finally, the girl approached while fixing her appearance. He tightened his jacket, he straightened his messy hair, and even Shanaya tried to put on a smile before getting near the boys.

Aware of the arrival of a city girl approaching them, the youths began to prepare to welcome Shanaya. Several stood in the middle of the street as if to block the girl from passing. Others look indifferent and continue to carry out activities as before. But the whispers they had been doing since earlier, Shanaya could hear. But Shanaya kept trying to be friendly and polite until she came face to face with one of the young men who seemed to be deliberately blocking her steps.

"Where are you going, Miss?" asked the young man, looking at Shanaya from head to toe. His gaze was like a tiger meeting its prey. Shanaya looked down, clutching her backpack and suitcase tightly in her right hand. Now and then the girl saw the young man in front of her, who was staring wildly at her.

"Sorry, I want to ask where is Grandpa Abirama's house, okay?" Shanaya continued to feel uncomfortable at the young man's gaze. But he was forced to endure this situation, to quickly get the information he needed.

"Abirama? Oh, the one who just died? Over there. Just go straight, then turn left. The house is on the left side of the road, you will see it because there are many flower arrangements in front of the yard," he explained, pointing to the back.

"Who are you? Mr. Abirama's brother or –?"

"Oh, there? Thanks for the information. I'm the grandson. Excuse me," said Shanaya trying to get past the young man. But suddenly his hand was grabbed, causing Shanaya to stop walking and look back. "Sorry. I'm in a hurry."

Then he forced his hand to let it go. The young man didn't do much, it's just that the cheers from his friends were enough to annoy Shanaya so she was forced to walk faster than before. According to the young man's words, Shanaya made it to the house she now remembered. His grandfather's house has not changed much, it's just that now it looks crowded with pilgrims who come. Several brothers from his extended family had already seen and started to prepare the place and everything needed for Shanaya's grandfather's funeral.

A middle-aged woman immediately trotted over to Shanaya. "Come on, come in. You must be tired. Everything has been prepared, we just have to wait for you for Grandpa's funeral," explained the woman who was reported to be Tante Shanaya, her father's younger sister who had not seen each other for a long time. Shanaya just obeyed where her aunt took her. They entered and began to mingle with other relatives. Even Shanaya is quite confused by some of the brothers she is now meeting. He is one of the fewest gatherings with his family since his father died.

The funeral went well. Sobs of course accompany the corpse to its final resting place. Several relatives began to return to their respective homes, none of them intending to stay overnight to just miss the longing or reminisce about the beautiful days with Abirama in their first life. Of course, the house holds many memories with the family, but only Shanaya stays at the house. Shanaya doesn't even have any memories of the building. "Are you sure you want to stay here, Nay?" asked Shahnaz. That afternoon they sat on the terrace while letting the other brothers leave who had to return to town soon.
