Chapter Eleven

Mrs Vincent POV

I am in my son's office conversing with him or rather trying to convince him to get married and give me grandchildren. I know since Anna incident he is scared of getting involved with anyone again,scared of falling in love again because he don't want another heart break.

That is why I made it my mission to find someone I trusted for him,someone that is not after his money or company and I found the perfect girl who is actually the one he is going to meet this weekend. When he started asking me about the person that I want him to meet,I avoided the question and asked for refreshment instead.

My son sensed what am trying to do,that I am deliberately avoiding his question dropped the question and called someone to bring drinks for us. When the person he called walked in and  placed the wine and juice on the table in front of the couch and left to get the glasses.

I am curious and I want to know who she is. I asked my son he told me that's his assistant, I was surprised,shocked and mad at my son for hiring an assistant after what happened with his former assistant but decided to calm down after my son assured me that he has everything under control. I did not bring up her topic again but that does not mean that I will let it go,I must do what every other mother out there will do for her child and that Sarah is too beautiful to be just an assistant there is more to it am sure of it.

When I left my son's office telling him that am leaving he offered to see me off but I turned it down because I still need to meet someone personally but I did not tell him that. Leaving my son's office I walked into his assistant office. Hello ma'am is there anything else you need me to do for you she asked me politely, No I don't need anything from you I responded while looking at her in a condescending manner.

Well am here cause am curious of what your mission is I stated in that am here for business tone,I got straight to the point because I hate beating around the bush.

I don't think I have any other mission here other than assisting my Boss Mr Vincent she answer still in a polite manner. Hmmph am trying to get a reaction from her but she is proving difficult. Well that Mr Vincent you mentioned now is my son,my only child and it's my duty as his mother to know about the intention of everybody around him.

Just to let you know from today goes on am watching you and if am you I will be very careful of my action. I left immediately after saying all that I need to say for now,I dailed my Private investigator and charged him to get to work and get all the necessary information about Sarah.

I am in my car on my way home reminiscing my conversation with Sarah at least she is polite throughout our dialogue,but that doesn't mean she don't have an ulterior motive,let me not disturb my brain and wait for the result from my P.I,that will determine my next line of action.
