46 Decision

If I had to analyze each ability, I would need one that could help me surpass my current peak. The other two I pick should be versatile and adaptable in various situations. This is a pivotal decision, one that would greatly impact my progress in Blue Lock. So I have to choose wisely.

First, I consider Dada Silva's Jumping Skills. Incorporating this attribute could significantly elevate my ability to leap higher and reach the ball more effectively during matches, making me a force to be reckoned with in aerial battles on the field. However, while jumping skills are undoubtedly valuable, I have already integrated Gareth Bale's acrobatics into my collections.

Next, I thought about Pablo Cevasoz's free-kick-taking skill. A powerful free-kick taker could be a game-changer, providing goals from numerous set-pieces scoring opportunities. Yet, I realized that I already possessed a strong ability to take free kicks with high precision and accuracy. Adding Pablo Cevasoz's skills might not contribute substantially to my overall game. Therefore, I resolved to focus on other attributes that could enhance my performance on the field.

With my innate ability to read the game and predict trajectories, coupled with Xavi's exceptional vision, I could anticipate the ball's movement, allowing me to make precise crosses and shots. Without a doubt, Predator Eye would complement my game as it would give me an edge by allowing me to observe and analyze my opponents' movements before striking at the perfect moment.

Godspeed is a must; not selecting it would be foolish. Also, Extreme Physicality would allow me to dominate in physical battles and outmuscle opponents, providing me with a distinct advantage on the field.

"Well then, add Extreme Physicality, Godspeed, and Predator Eye," I decided.

"At your current state, you can withstand Godspeed, Predator Eye, and Extreme Physicality," the voice assured.

I retrieved, bracing myself for the impending sensation.

"Do you want to add these attributes?" it inquired.

"Yes," I confirmed.

The process began.

"Adding Adam Blake's Extreme Physique."

"Adding Leonardo Luna's Predator-Eye."

[2/3]

"Adding Julian Loki's Godspeed."

"Successful," the AI announced. "All attributes have been added."

[Integration at 1%]

"Integration? What is that?" I inquired.

"To prevent overexertion, the skills would be integrated slowly into your body throughout the day. This may affect your performances on the field and in training as your body tries to integrate the skills in your body." It answered.

"How long would it take?" I asked

"About three weeks. Skills like Extreme physique and Godspeed aren't merely skills that are obtained. It's something you are born with or you build with your capabilities. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day." The Ai answered.

As I questioned the mysterious concept of "integration," I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. The AI explained that my body would slowly absorb these new skills, but it would affect my performance on the field and in training during the process. Three weeks seemed like an eternity, especially since these skills

"Ugh...What a bummer," I heaved a sigh as I prompted the AI to reveal my stats, and it showed what it would be like after the integration.

(A/N): It has been a while since my stats were last updated, so here they are. The remaining statistics will be updated in forthcoming auxiliary chapters later this week.

Blue Lock TOP SIX VIP ROOM:

As all the top 6 gathered in the room, Ego appeared on the screen. He shared his greetings and continued, "By fighting to come this far, all of you have undoubtedly proven your place as Blue Lock's elite."

"I've organized teams A, B, and C into pairs that maximize theoretical attack power. Show me new attacks that you couldn't execute alone. Think of each other as tools to become the world's best strikers.

"And don't you dare let someone not in the top 6 take your position. You stand at the very peak of Blue Lock...The football you create will become the blade that destroys Japanese Football. Remember that. I want to see you all rise to the challenge," Ego concluded.

The screen turned off, and soon a new one displayed the players on each team.

(Murano, Shidou) Team A: Niko, Chigiri, Kiyora, Yuzu, Tanaka, Nishioka, Wanima, Nanase, Tsunzaki, Hiori

(Rin, Yukimuya) Team B: Bachira, Tokimitsu, Aryu, Otoya, Isagi, Himizu, Raichi, Hiiragi, Shiguma, Barou

(Nagi, Kurona) Team C: Kunigami, Gagamaru, Zantetsu, Saramadara, Karasu, Endoji, Ishikari, Reo, Haiji

After several days, the voting period came to an end. The remaining players gathered in the common area while the top 6 remained secluded in the VIP room. I was preparing for my upcoming match against Team B and headed to the field with Shidou.

"Do you have anyone specific in mind for our team?" Shidou asked.

"I don't care. I'll win no matter who joins us. Or do you want someone else who will hand-deliver goals to you on a silver platter?" I replied.

"Hahaha! No, not at all. Let's wait and see who joins," Shidou responded with a sly grin.

As we waited, the door slid open slowly, revealing three players making their way toward the field: Nishioka, Chigiri, and Kiyora.

From the other side, Team B emerged: Bachira, Isagi, and Barou.
