Chapter 82: Bernard's waitress

Amari comes out of the house, looking at the far distance spotting Lincoln and some of the workers, along with photographers and make up artist.

She rushes to them to see Lincoln dressed in all white,his hair smoothly parked forming a man bun,"Wow"Amari says as she stands next to Bernard, "Benny why is me arrogant dressed like an angel?"Amari questions .

"It's be-", "Am I dead?"Amari questions as Bernard sighs, 'How did this girl her an early scholarship to Harvard?' Bernard says, "Hey!!" Amari calls him out as Bernard's eyes within.

"Did I say it out loud?" Bernard says as Amari nods, "Guess am not the only one that's needs to work on their thinking "Amari sighs.

"Sorry"Bernard says as amari rolls. Her eyes turning away,"Is this a photoshoot ?, "yes" Bernard agrees as he nods, Lincoln walks up to them with a smile as he turns to Amari.

"Do I look good?" Lincoln asks as Amari shakes her head, "You l-", "FOSTER FIRE MY DESIGNER !!"Lincoln yells at the dark skinned woman, with her her hair in a lose bun wearing a blue sweater and black leggings .

"Am not your fucking assistant fox!!" Formster says with an eye roll,"Oh fuck you" Lincoln scoffs, "fuck you too" Foster says as she pulls him for his photo shoot.

"Whats your gift for Lincoln ?"Bernard asks curious, "Gift?"Amari says with widen eyes, what gift I cooked for him already ?"Amari says as Bernard walks off.

She calls at him as she rushes following him, "Bernard where you off to?"Amari says following him as they reach the jeep, "I haven't eaten, have you?"Bernard asks getting in as Amari rushes in shut gun.

"Seat hugger"Bernard says under his breath as he draws out his seatbelt,"I heard that"Amari says seat belting herself, "I really need to work on my inside voice" Bernard says with a sigh as Amari nods.

"You really should" Amari scoffs as Bernard steps on the gas.

They arrive at a small dinner by the hills, not too far from the cabin."Nice, mountain side dinner" Amari giggles at the name, "Literal naming" Bernard says shaking his head.

They get out of the car heading in the dinner, as they take a seat by the windows, "this place is woody" Amari chuckles to herself as Bernard nods.

"Am hungry!"Amari says as he signals a waiter, "Get her whatever she orders, hand us a menu"Bernard says as they hand both of them their menus, "Hmm Chicken and coco"Amari says as her stomach rumbbles.

"Seems we have a winner" Bernard says as amari nods frantically, "Hello miss!"Bernard calls the brown haired woman with a ponytail and in a pink apron, "She wants to make her order.

"What will you and your daughter like to have?"-waiter, "Do I look young?""do I look old?" Bernard and Amari both ask at once, "Oh umm"The woman turns to Bernard as she smirks,"you definitely look like a daddy to me, if you know what I mean"-waiter.

"Are you hitting on me?" Bernard asks with an eyebrow raised, "something like that" -waiter, "Fuck later, feed me now" Amari interrupts them, "Yes, your order?" -waiter.

"I want the chicken sandwich, side fries and coco, with some scones please" Amari lders as they waiter nods writing down the order.

"What about you sir?"-Waiter, "I wo-", "It's on the house"-waiter, "Wouldn't that be deducted from your salary?, how much do they even pay you?" Bernard asks as Amari's eyes widen.

"The fuck Bernard, what the hell you doing" Amari calls him out, "Listen dear you should keep your money for rainy days, I can pay for myself"Bernard say as the waiter embarrassed nods as she rushes off.

"No wonder your single" Amari say as she shakes her head, "Serously?" Bernard are says as Amari nods, "Serously"Amari scoffs as she sips her glass of water.

2 MINUTES LATER

The waiter comes back with Amari',a order placing the tray on the table, "Thank you" Amari say as she immediately takes a big bite from the sandwich.

"Is it nice?" Bernard asks as Amari nods, "can I have that?"Bernard says a the waiter nods rushing off.

"look at the way she's Eaten","Lacks manners","Is the guy her father?","is he a pedophile?","His too handsome for that", "She need to learn proper etiquette".

The sad gossips flooded Amari's ears, she sighs dropping the sandwich, Bernard arch his brows at her,he turns to the people in the table next to them as they turn away from them.

"Are you okay?" Bernard asks as Amari nods, "How is the guys still with her?","Beats me, am so confused what relationship do they have","When they came down from the car I was so shocked".

"What a sad world we live in"Bernard says as he pulls out his gun, dropping it in the table,the whole place turns as quite as a graveyard at the sight of the gun.

Amari takes a bite from her Sandwich with a grin, "Have a bite" Amari offers Bernard as he nods taking. Bite from her sandwich.

The waiter comes out of the kitchen with another tray as she drops it, "Where is yours?"Bernard asks the woman as she looks at him confused.

"Mine?"- Waitress, you offered me breakfast, you must be hungry ?" Bernard ask as Amari chokes on her sandwich.

"Come sit" Bernard Says drawing out a chair from another table, the occupants willingly let him have it, judging from the gun placed in the middle of his table.

"Really?"- Waitress "Yes"Bernard replies as she sits shyly next to him, "I'll give you space, will talk about my fiancee's gift later"Amari says getting up as she heads to another table as the occupants rush out of the dinner.

Amari smirks as she takes her seat, "I love it when people fear me"Amari says with joy as she turns to Bernard and the waitress.

"Just in case you didn't hear me the first, I was hitting that his single "Amari annoyces before turning back to her food.

Bernard snake's his head as the ea stress giggles, "Is she your daughter?" Amari questions as Bernard groans, "AM NOT THAT OLD!!Bernard groans.
