Echoes of the past
The sun had barely risen when Ryan found himself in a secluded clearing, his breath visible in the crisp morning air.
Beside him stood Ignis, her silver hair dancing in the breeze, a stark contrast to the serene forest surrounding them.
"Are you ready to begin your training, My love?" Ignis asked, her voice tinged with a mixture of excitement and nostalgia.
Ryan nodded, stretching his arms above his head. "As ready as I'll ever be. It's strange, you know? I have all these memories of being incredibly powerful, but my body feels... new. Untested."
Ignis's eyes softened with understanding. "That's to be expected. Your spirit may be ancient, but this form is young. We'll need to work on bridging that gap."
