Chapter 46

Alicia used all her strength to melt the arrows into golden sand with her power.

"Get out! Brian!" Alicia shouted at Brian.

When he reached the remote end of that part of his palace, the poison arrow suddenly stopped and disappeared.

Fearing for Tom's safety, Alicia didn't notice her injured cheek from one of Brian's poisoned arrows because the pain didn't appear in Alicia's brain which had been filled with thoughts of Tom.

"Oh no!" Alicia who came to her senses immediately turned around and ran back to where she had put Tom's body before.

'How can I be so careless?! Brian's specialty is the Wind Magic Illusion Spell!!!' Alicia said to herself frantically thinking about the stupid things she had done by chasing Brian but leaving Tom alone and in danger.

In the dark passageway within that part of the palace, everything seemed intact and undamaged by the previous explosions.
