Chapter 3

Tom, who was holding his forehead because he felt dizzy, was noticed by the other concubines. The other concubines are now starting to worry about Tom. Even the groomed Yuki and Alicia couldn't help but remain silent with the same expression as the other concubines.

*Knock. Knock. Knock.*

There was a knock sound on the door from outside.

"Master, Doctor Brian has arrived." A voice that sounded like the person Damian had called Felix announced that Doctor Brian who Damian had previously called through Felix had arrived.

"Enter." Damian replied.

"Yes sir."

*Click*

The door was opened from the outside by a young man wearing bodyguard clothes. The outfit was jet black with several armor shields on the forearms and knees and of course, on the sides of the bodyguard's hips slung a sword in his armor. The guard tilted his body slightly so that the person behind him could pass.

The person had a standard body, about 170cm tall with bleached hair. His white coat, typical of a doctor, made him look like a doctor that Tom generally knew.

'Not everything is different from the world I came from.' Tom muttered under her breath. Tom watched the doctor from top to bottom. His aged stature reminded him of the Tom family's former personal physician. The doctor stepped inside for a moment before the door to the room was closed behind him by Felix.

"Excuse me, Your Majesty. I will try to check Your Majesty first." said Doctor Brian carefully. He did this because many eyes were looking at him intently. There were even some of them staring at him with cold stares as if they would kill him if they did something weird to Tom.

"Yes." Tom said curtly allowing the doctor to examine her. Tom immediately got up from her chair and headed for her bed slowly holding back the headache she was feeling. The remnants of his 'struggle' with Alicia and Yuki he ignored. He slowly lay down on the bed and looked at Doctor Brian who followed him up to the bed.

Now Doctor Brian sat on the side of the bed and began to take out one by one his medical devices. He put the stethoscope to his ears, and he held the tip of the stethoscope in his hand. Doctor Brian's gaze asked Tom's permission to examine Tom's body using the stethoscope. Tom, who understood the meaning of the gaze, only nodded briefly allowing the doctor to examine him.

After a while, Doctor Brian took off his stethoscope and shook his head.

"How, doc? What happened to Tom?" asked the red-haired man.

"There's nothing wrong, Mister Leon. If there's nothing physically wrong with His Highness Tom, it's possible that this is the influence of black magic." Doctor Brian explained carefully and doubtfully.

Everyone in the room gasped at the statement from Doctor Brian.

"Magic? Gosh!" Alicia covered her mouth with both hands.

"When it comes to magic, I apologize in advance as it is beyond my control to follow up on Your Majesty's investigation." With a heavy tone, Doctor Brian bowed deeply regretting his inability to heal Tom.

"Okay, the doctor can leave if there's nothing else to do." Damian said.

Doctor Brian quickly packed up his medical kit and once again bowed the deepest sign of remorse he could give.

The door was opened again by Felix who then escorted Doctor Brian out of the room.

"What should we do?" Yuki asked frantically.

"What's more. Can't Tom only recover if we give our essence to Tom? Hasn't Tom already explained to us, that her strength will get bigger and faster if we regularly give her our essence?" Leon explained casually.

"Wait, can you explain in human language?" Tom said impatiently. It was enough now that his head was spinning because it was filled with information that didn't make sense to him.

Many questions swirled in Tom's head. Who's he? Shouldn't he have been killed by Lily? Why now when he thinks that Tom is dead, he wakes up in the body of a middle-aged man with a very big 'little brother' and a very burly body? So many questions running through his head.

He gently massaged his forehead. The woman who had previously helped him put on the night robe, helped him gently massage his head. The touch relaxes the muscles in his body and head. Seeing Tom who had relaxed again, Leon continued his explanation.

"Back when you appointed us as concubines, we all swore to you. To give our life and energy to you. That energy comes from the essence of us all. The process of channeling our energy is through intercourse." Leon explained with a serious face.

'What? Have sex? What kind of joke is this? But... Indeed after 'playing' with Alicia and Yuki my limp body felt very light. Wait, isn't it like every time you have sex? Is it not? Oh shit. In all my life I have never 'played' even with Lily. My 'release' is just by watching boobs and pampering the 'little brother' with my own hands.'

Seeing Tom frowning, Leon covered his mouth. Leon thought that his explanation made Tom even more dizzy.

"Let's see, how about we all go to Anna's flower garden. In the past, you used to often go to Anna's flower garden to calm down there if your mind was tired while dealing with your royal affairs?" Leon suggested.

"Flower garden?" Tom asked.

"Ah right! My flower garden can definitely calm your mood too dear!" said the woman who had previously helped Tom put on her sleeping robe. The woman called Anna happily agreed to Leon's proposal. His brown eyes shone with hope as he said that. His hands were clasped in front of his not-so-big chest in a pose expecting Tom to agree with Leon's proposal as well.

"All right. Show me the way." Tom said nodding her head in agreement with the proposal. Anna's tiny body jumped with joy hearing Tom's approval.
