Chapter 298: Battle of the death Gods
Derik's words rang like bells in the ears of the death God but even then he kept gazing at Derik with contempt. For a man who has always been feared by his fellow gods, his only moments of shame began with the arrival of this new death god from another world.
Dakar knew how much he needed Derik and Lucien's cooperation if he wishes to survive the invasion by the gods of the other races but even then he was seriously hesitant to just agree and let Derik go.
He wished to settle the score!
"This is all your fault... I owe you nothing!" Dakar finally spoke after a moment of silence and his hands danced around, revealing stunning black gas as it moved.
Whoosh!
Suddenly all the demonic beings around turned into black smoke, surging into Dakar's body! Derik watched Dakar's power rise while his body grew in size as he absorbed more of the black smoke.
