The three adventurers were currently traveling towards Greyburk, which was around 700km away from their current location, they had already traveled half a day through the plains, not meeting any issues or anything of the sort and just talking to pass the time.

"So... how long will it take us to reach our destination?" Max asked, curious about the distance they were supposed to travel.

"Around three days if we don't stop," Lilia answered, focused on the road ahead of her as it was hard driving in these plains even though there weren't any obstacles to begin with.

"That's fast," Max commented, surprised at how quick that trip would be compared to walking, "so why aren't these vehicles used more often?"

"Well because-" she didn't have time to finish her explanation that the exact reason why came before them: a monster jumped in front of them, making Lilia drift to avoid the collision, "t-that's why..."
