Mei's phone buzzed; it was a message from her boyfriend.
"Let's break up." it reads.
Mei's face turns pale as she read the message; her manager seeing her sudden change of expression, he peeped her phone and saw the message.
"That freak!! Mei bobey! Are you okay?" Her manager asked, worried.
"You have a bigger goal to achieve; don't let this trouble your heart. You know he doesn't deserve a pretty and smart woman like you."
Mei jumped up, grabbed her car keys, heading out.
Andrew tried to stop her but he couldn't; she rushed out of the studio so fast.
'Why did he demand a breakup out of the blue? Something big must have gone wrong with him and it made her worried.
"I hope everything is fine," Mei muttered to herself as she drove out of the parking lot.

It was 7 pm when Mei arrived at her boyfriend's house. She got to his doorstep, his door was half open and held by a heel shoe. The red heel shoe was an LV limited edition; seeing this made Mei remember the same scenario that happened last year. She pushed the half-opened door and stepped in.
Mei had a little faith that what she thought couldn't be it.
"It can't be again. Luchen wouldn't do this. He loves me a lot," she mumbled.
She took another step into the room, clothes were scattered on the floor. A bra and pants with Luchen clothes were on the floor. The tears she was holding were threatening to fall.
"What if it is Luchen's friend and not him?" Mei breathed in the threatening tears and confidently walked in the direction of the bedroom. The room door was half opened; it was held by the second pair of red-heel shoes. It was planned for her to see everything, just like last year's incident with her ex-boyfriend.
She peeped through the door and her eyes met with Qian's, who stared at her with a big smile on her face. Qian kissed Luchen's neck just to instigate her.
Qian was moaning to the rhyme of Luchen, and she was smiling at Mei. She stood at the door, watching them make love. Mei's tears immediately dried up because this wasn't the first time that Qian hooked up with her boyfriends.
Mei walked out on them, she went straight to the visitor's toilet and fetched a bucket of water. She menacely walked back to the room; she kicked the door open. Luchen jumped up because of the door sound.
"Why are you here..." Luchen was cut short by Mei as she poured the bucket of cold water on them.
They screamed, the water was very chilled.
"Mei, what is wrong with you? What are you crazy about?" Luchen screamed at her.
"You guys are sweating so I decided to be kind enough to bathe you. Jayo.. Jayo.. (Jayo means Keep it up) You are working hard, so I am here to cheer you up. Why not continue?" Mei responded, smiling at them.
The dog couple scampered for their clothes. Mei watched Qian bouncing around the room with her big boobs popping out.
"Meilin, what do you mean by this?" Luchen fired back.
"Even if I cheated on you, why would you humiliate me this way? I am not the first man to go astray."
"If I hear my name in your filthy mouth again, I will pour you hot water next; it won't be cold."

"Don't be so hard on yourself Mei; Just keep in mind that I will always be better than you" Qian promised her
"Don't worry, Qian, You are the only one going through all this stress; anything you do, don't bother me a bit." She promised.
"Mei, I love Qian now. She is 1000 times more beautiful than you," Luchen said, putting his hands on Qian's shoulders, but Qian stylishly moved his hands away from touching her.
"(Laughs) Delusional!! Luchen, tomorrow I will send my assistant to take everything I bought for you. She can buy those things for you. That is if she doesn't throw you in the trash tomorrow. She already has what she wants, you are the only one being used here." said Mei, laughing at his foolishness.
"Mei, why will you take back what you gave me? isn't that wickedness? Why are you being mean?" Luchen said.
Meilin turned to walk away and stopped.
She turned back to the dog couple.
"Qian, I believe you haven't seen the competition results. Guess what? I am number 1 again; Miu Miu chose me. So go home and cry to your mother," said Mei as she laughed triumphantly and walked away.
She could hear Qian's screams; she must be throwing things at Luchen.
Immediately, Meilin walked out on the couple the tears she was holding kept falling. This was the 3rd relationship Qian had ended. The other two she hired a girl to seduce her boyfriend; now this time she did it herself. Mei felt like this relationship would last since he didn't fall for Qian's plans.
Mei left her car. She kept walking in the street aimlessly like she had nowhere to go. She was crying so bitterly, suddenly there was a heavy downpour of rain. It was raining so hard but she ignored it and kept walking in the rain.
She suddenly stopped, squatted on the road. She screamed her lungs out and kept crying.
A man walked up to her; he covered her with his umbrella. She raised her head and saw a very handsome man with light brown eyes that sparkled in the dark. She silently watched him and laughed.
She laughed at his yellow umbrella. The man had a cold demeanor and looked so manly, yet he was holding a yellow umbrella.
"You know what? My favorite color is yellow, and I also have a yellow umbrella," said Mei to the stranger.
"If you want it, I can give it to you. But why are you barefoot? Where are your shoes?" The stranger offered to help.
"(Chuckled slightly) I lost them, just like I lost my boyfriend. He cheated on me with Qian. Why can't Qian and her mother let me go? I didn't do anything wrong to come into this world,"
"I have shoes in my car for you." He offered, but she ignored him.
"I really liked Luchen; we have been dating for a year now, and I felt like, finally, I have a man. But Qian didn't let me have him." Mei answered amid tears.
"Aren't you cold?" he asked.
"Who are you? Do you know me?" Mei asked, staring at him strangely.
"You will know me soon," the stranger promised.
"What do you mean? Do you live around here?" Mei asked, still looking hopeless and confused.
"No, I don't. I just came back from the US today and met you."
"It's raining, get into my car." The stranger, Li Haoyu, said, pointing to his black car.
"Wow!!! That means you are leaving soon."
"So can we go now?" The handsome stranger advised.
"Why should I go with you? You are a stranger. Are you my fan? Don't look at me like I am crazy; I am a very popular person. If you see me in the morning, you will know I am very beautiful. You wouldn't believe it or do you believe me?" Mei asked while pouting her lips.
He used a finger to press on her lip and smiled sweetly,
"Miss Popular, let me send you home." Li Haoyu asked.
Mei stood up, came so close to him, she raised her head to his face. His hot breath fell on her face.
