I looked around me. Currently all the partners, investors, and potential clients. They seem all satisfied with my report.

"I really feel confident everything will go fine. Thank you for your well-organized report."

"I suddenly feel confident to invest in your company. I also finally understand everything thoroughly."

"Thank you, sir. I will tell the person who made this your compliment." It's actually Alex who created from reports to presentations. It's not part of his task but he insisted to help that's why I let him. I am really blessed to have an employee like him.

We wrap up the meeting and when everyone leaves. My business mentor came to me. "I see you finally hired a really good secretary. It seems like they're really meticulous in reporting"

"Ah, I'm glad you notice it too Sir. I just got lucky in hiring people."

"Hahaha indeed. I would love to meet them but since they're new I will not force myself for now." She waved her hand

"Thank you, Sir." I bow a bit while she walked away.

I went to my office after cleaning up the meeting room. I saw Alex just finished tidying my office.

"You didn't need to clean up my things..."

"Hahaha sorry ma'am, how's the presentation?"

"It's great! Everyone complimented the presentation. They said the reports are well organized and they really thankful they understand the reports now. I also want to thank you." I sipped the coffee I am holding. "Sign, Now that I think about it. Are my presentations look that bad?" I become gloomy from the thought.

He gave an awkward laugh. "Hahaha no, ma'am. I just really want to help."

"That actually really helped. We got new investors and clients. When are you free? I'll treat you as thanks."

"There's no ne-" I hushed his lips.

"Shh... No, I insist. I really forget what happened last time so it's ok hm?" I smiled at him and saw him blush a bit. Heh how cute.

"Er... Well, I am glad to take the offer ma'am."

Alex pov

I can't believe she ask me for a date! The wait is that a date? It's too good to be true that I will date my boss! In the dramas that I have watched, there are still moments when the boss have to avoid their employee because they are scared of love. Hmm, should I be the one who pulls away? Where is my script, dang it.

I ended up picking a fancy suit for the date and went to the restaurant she told me to meet.

"Uhm..." I am waiting Infront of the given address. Think that I am a bit lost.

I felt someone tap my shoulder. "Ms. Taylor! Eh..."

"Alex, did you wait long? And we don't have a presentation here... And we can't do that here..."

Ms. Taylor came and she is wearing a black mask, a simple red quote shirt, and jeans today. It wrote 'fight me' at the center. I didn't know she was really a casual person outside.

I looked at the said store. Why I am in front of a casual dine-in.

And we went in front of that store's door. The name sounds so fancy... Le grill... I didn't realize it's just a casual grill restaurant. "Hahaha, this is just my casual" I just want to dig a grave now...

"Sorry I didn't expect you to be so formal. I hope you didn't do much today cause I really want to eat here. They offer unlimited meat and side dishes!"

"No, it's ok. I am just so used to wearing this."

"Hmm don't lie it's ok." She looked at the staff "Jane Taylor, I ask for a VIP room. Thanks"

We are about to went inside. "Jane!"

I looked where the call came from. I saw a lady in classy clothes and she was also wearing a mask. Behind her is a girl Smaller than her wearing a cute dress. She's staring at me a bit intensely.

"This is where you always bring your dates? Have some class dude." The lady added.

"Mind your own business, Cristine." She snarks at her.

"Look what he's wearing. Poor guy expects it to be a fancy date. What kind of alpha you are." She rubs Ms. Taylor's hair. They seem really close even tho she looks like she hates it. "I'm sorry your date is a cheap person."

"Ah no it's ok I just want to wear like this today hahaha."

"Now that I think about it. Did I see you somewhere before?" She looked at me intently. I can easily remember faces but I really can't remember her.

Ms. Taylor pulled my arm closer to her. "Oi, he already said he is ok. Go back to your fiancee she looks like getting pissed now. Shoo shoo," she's gestures shoo at them.

And the lady named Christine grabbed her other arm. "Aww, ya always cold to me~~ Come on, let's have a double date~~"

"Huh? I already have reserved it here. Stick with your plans"

"I'm sorry for the trouble she causes." The girl in a cute dress finally speaks. She grabs Christine's arm and drags her away from us. She really looks annoyed. "It's almost time for our reservation. You don't have time to be dramatic now."

"Nooooooooooo. I want Jane and her date to join us~~" and they walked away till we couldn't see and hear them now.

"Sorry about that. She's been my friend since a kid. And she is really too friendly person. Anyway, let's go now." She breaks the ice.

"Ah yeah," I replied. I am about the girl in the dress she's really just stared at me the whole time.

The staff came with us and we went inside the restaurant.
