In fact, it looked exactly like the inner, hypnotizing part of the portal that appeared all over Leo's homeworld! The only difference was in the intensity of the process.
But even this, Mei's quickly changed by adding just a little bit more mana into the spell and intensifying the process just enough for the small part of the space to fully collapse, yet without letting the process get out of hand.
"Uff..." Once the entire thing stabilized, Mei breathed out a short sigh of immense relief.
Looking over at the girl, Leo could see the beads of sweat trickling down her face. After all, even if her task wasn't all that physically or mentally draining, the same couldn't be said about just how anxiety-inducing it was.
She was the one who had the most to lose if something went wrong, after all.
