The Beast is Mad

Though she knocked on the door, as usual, there was no response from inside. "Has he really changed?" She asked herself before she swiped the entrance card on the door.

Keeping all of her worries aside he was sitting on the bed looking outside while wearing the white blanket as his only piece of clothing. His back looked stunning without the insane looks on his face. She was fascinated by everything on him.

"You did something I didn't want you to do right?" He asked without even turning around to look at her.

The moment she said that she was stepping out to prepare him for a surprise, he knew that she was up to something and everything that happened last night linked all of his conclusions together but he didn't want to stop her.

He who told himself that he will never let her do such work again, let her go out. Though he had all of his trust in her he wasn't yet sure about how to face her and talk to her.

He perfectly knew that him killing someone and encountering her covered in blood was fine but he just couldn't bare to look at Adrienne who was heading back to him after doing something that he didn't want to do.

"Why are you spacing out? I need an answer!" He said changing the tone of his speech.

By now Adrienne was more than scared than anyone. She wasn't sure whether she will be able to lie to him and lying in front of someone like him wasn't that easy.

And that lie must be the perfect lie.

"I didn't do anything Master. Ask the others and they will tell what I was doing all this time." She said bringing her confidence back to her as she couldn't bring her words out to tell him that she accidentally killed the man whom he was trying to kill.

"Just don't lie to me, will you? That is the last thing I expect you to do to me. You must know that I already have trusted you with everything that concerns me, even my life is in your heart."

"Why can't you get the fact that I stopped what I was doing because of you? If it weren't for your presence I would have never stopped. I would have stabbed that man to death and listened to his screams and enjoyed myself wand would have gotten in that place."

"Last night I was crazy enough to assume and come to a conclusion that, that place was a secure place to get rid of someone but that wasn't at all"

"I for a brief moment knew that I was uttering nonsense in front of someone whom I am going to kill, but just know that it was you who ruined my plans on killing him."

"I don't even know when I would go crazy like that, but I know that that day is not that far away"

"But just now, you finished the task I started," he finally turned towards Adrienne who was listening to his words trying to figure out where his words were headed to.

"Master, how did you know what I did a moment ago? You don't seem to have gone out of the room since the moment I left this place."

"Is that what is important right now, when I clearly told you not to bother about it." He dropped the blanket and walked to the bathroom without talking or looking at her.

By now she knew that he was pissed off. Though all she wanted was to take care of him and make sure that he was safe, her intentions weren't properly understood by him. And she was at fault for lying to him and doing something that he didn't want her to do.

"Why did she? Does she still think that she has to make up after me? Can she not see through me? I wanted her to stop doing stuff for me. Just why?" He raised his hand to punch the mirror but stopped right before thinking that Adrienne will think wrong of him.

His thoughts were running wild. It was the first time that he felt something towards a person but when he saw that the person he made love to wasn't being the way he want her to be, he was furious.

His possessiveness was were way over the top as she was the first girl he made to, and he felt a sense of responsibility towards her for taking her first time.

He went to the shower and adjusted the temperature above the average, but this was what he did all the time he felt uneasy about something.

Aiden's pale skin became red the moment the water touched but to him that wasn't a concern. All he wanted was to clear his mind before encountering Adrienne again. As he knew that his anger bursts out it won't end well for both of them.

He wiped away the water and wore the bathrobe as he had to go outside to pick out his clothes.

Yet his mind was telling him to ignore Adrienne and so he did. Upon going out of the bathroom, he looked at her once and picked out his clothes that she had assembled on the floor and went back into the bathroom and shut the door.

He just couldn't hold himself in.

He got ready quickly and put aside the tie as he didn't feel like wearing it and without trying to act smart he unbuttoned a few of the buttons and went outside wearing the waistcoat without the coat.

Adrienne was sitting on the bed with her head held high as she strongly believed that she did nothing wrong. "It's not like I did this to satisfy my personal grudge, I took care of it because I cared for him. Why can't he understand the fact that I did this for him."

"We are heading Back!" He said stealing a glance at her to see how she was.

"But.." She stopped.

"But What?" He asked turning towards her.

"Nothing Master, it's already late. We should head back." She said putting back everything aside.

She walked out of the room with him. She wasn't in the mood to ask him for time to let her take a shower. Though she was feeling disgusting, she had no choice but to walk out with him.

"Mam everything is ready," a waitress came running towards Adrienne and whispered in her ear.

"Ah, I see... Can you instead pack it up and give it to me? We are checking out right now." Adrienne said sincerely looking at her not to disappoint the effort they must have put to set up something upon Adrienne's words.

"Certainly Mam." She quickly walked away.

Right before they got into the car, the same waitress came running with a cake and a flower bouquet.

"Mam here it is and this is a small gift for you," she said handing over the flowers.

"Thank you for your consideration," Adrienne said and opened the back seat of the car and placed both of them on the seat carefully. She could smell through the box, it was a coffee cake. Just like her Aiden too could smell the cake.

Aiden got into the driving seat and closed the door and waited for Adrienne to get into the car. She was hesitant about which seat she should be sitting. Thinking that he will get more pissed off if she sit in the back she sat in the front seat without looking at him.

"The seat belt!" he said bringing back Adrienne who was spacing out.

"Ah.." She turned around but right before her hand reached the belt his hand reached it and buckled it and kept looking at Adrienne.

He brought his lips closer to her and kept looking at her. He slowly placed his lips on hers while keeping his eyes wide open. He bit her lip and broke the kiss.

"You are My property!"
