Multiverse: Undefeated Bahamut Chronicles

Travelling through unpopular verses: Starting From Undefeated Bahamut Chronicles. I want to see how far I can go with this one. My experience in writing is still mid, but I'll try my best. He died in his previous world without living a fulfilled life. However, he got a second chance he never asked for nor wished for. At the same time, perhaps seeking a more fulfilled life, he decides to see where this new crazed journey will lead him. .... Author's note: Wasn’t supposed to release this until I had at least 15k words, but at the same time. I’m curious to see how much interest there is in these not-so-popular anime verses because there are lots out there. (Skill issue on my part if I don't get much readers). Some might not like them, but I have an interest in them. Then, when I thought about it, I decided, why not. I'm also curious about what insanity I'll cook from these. I'll be the one to decide which worlds he goes to next. P.S: Mc doesn't know anything about the world's he'll be travelling to. Don't expect it to be a high-quality fic, and don't expect too much. Warning: if you don't like it, you can kindly drop and leave, or drop a valid and helpful review, any bot review or hate comment will be deleted sharply. (I deleted my last fic because of that).

Chapter 3

[Host.]

[Details:]

[Condition: Stunned, excited, happy.]

The head, both arms, shoulders, waist, legs and the wings and armaments.

This is the dress gears which were similarly excavated from the ruins which efficiently conducts the energy from the Force Core.

And the protected the equipped parts (of the body) as it also generated a powerful barrier, different from a common barrier, on its surface.

The machine armor which imitated a dragon was equipped as if uniting with Rayto and he became a Drag-Knight of about two sizes bigger than the body of the person himself.

Ancient weapons excavated from the ruins.

That power which concealed a great military power was however quickly engulfed by a huge pressure on the opposite side.

"Haha, this is crazy." Rayto wryly laughed as he felt the energy within him surge.

Rayto muttered as he tried controlling the Drag-Machine. And sure enough, the machine, upon his input moved.

It was like, they were extension of his body.

"In that case, it isn't entirely impossible. Especially with a body like this...."

Rayto muttered before calling the system panel again.

[Item:]

[Drag-Ride: Wyvern.]

- [A basic general-purpose specialized flying type Machine Dragon, however, its parts and armaments has been remodelled with a specialization in attack and speed.]

"So, I'll basically be sacrificing defence and more attack power, for more speed."

"Doesn't sound bad, it also matches my stats." Rayto mumbled under his breath as he scrolled down.

[Weapon: Breath Gun.]

- [A pressure that does not need to recharge.]

[Weapon: Scale Blade.]

- [Sword.]

[Weapon: Claws Blade.]

- [Machine Dragon Claw Blades mainly used for throwing.]

[Weapon: Wire Tail.]

- [A whip rarely used as a main weapon.]

"So, these are the basic armaments of a Drag-Machine..."

"I don't currently need the rest."

"Let's take it slow and start from the basics."

Rayto looked up into the sky, determination flashing through his eyes as he trained under the moonlit sky of the night.

Next morning.

It was a new day, a young boy of the age seventeen woke up from his bed, yawning.

Sitting up, he glanced outside the window, the skies were just clearing, the morning sun hadn't risen.

The fresh breeze in the morning blew into Rayto's bedroom as the young boy heaved a heavy sigh, groggily getting up from bed.

After finishing some light stretches besides the bed, he glanced at the two-sword device, laid beside the bed.

Picking them up, hanging them by his waist, he walked outside his small apartment.

Wearing only a singlet, along with his trousers, along with shoe—or rather, this world's version of sneakers.

Spare neat old clothes from the nice and kind (not so) boss.

"Maybe this might not be a good way of starting a new journey in another world."

Rayto muttered those words as he began an early morning jog around the area.

"Huff, huff."

"Even after running this much, I'm only feeling a slight fatigue...."

Rayto mumbled under his breath as he paused, taking a small break at the small park he had been yesterday, though he didn't need said break.

"The weak me before now could have never run that long." Even then in his past life, he could hardly even do ten minutes.

He wasn't exactly an athletic person.

Gazing up at the sky, Rayto blinked.

"The sun will soon be up, better start heading back."

He would have loved to do an early morning practice with [Wyvern], but that would come later in the night, this was also among the well-planned routine of his.

After the days work, he would take a two-hour break, since the pub closes by around eight.

Then once it's around eleven, he would train till midnight.

Then by after midnight, he would return to get at least six hours of sleep before repeating the same routine the next day.

And since his body is always on perfect condition, there was a high chance he wouldn't easily get fatigue or sick due to overwork.

Returning to his room, to get preparations done, in less than thirty minutes, he was done.

After that, he headed downstairs to get prepared for the day, and of course, his sword devices were by his waist as usual.

And so...

The day passed, with only a few visiting.

"Say, old man, I wonder why you have less customers visiting."

Rayto had but one problem, no customer, equals no money, which equals, salary when?

So... Seeing such a situation, Rayto was on calm edge.

"...." The man paused reading the newspaper, shooting Rayto a glance before burying his face back in the paper.

"Don't worry about it, if you're worried about not getting a salary, don't worry, you'll get your pay regardless."

Rayto hearing the man's words scratched his cheeks awkwardly.

'Ahh... Yikes, did he see through me?' But still, he couldn't bear it to some extent.

'Now that I think about it....'

Rayto went to the further back, towards the storage where all sort of alcohols, beers, ingredients and the rest were stored.

'There are so much, maybe I can try something from that world?'

Rayto thought as he began rummaging through the storage room.

Normally, he should have taken permission, however, it was not like the old man cares about what he does in the first place.

'It's like... he doesn't even—'

'Ugh, this brings back some nasty memories.'

Shaking his head, Rayto continued to rummage further.

"Sure enough! There should be enough for—" Muttering, Rayto lips curled up into a grin.

'There's enough materials.'

Running upstairs, Rayto went straight to the counter. "Old man! I've found a way to save this place!"

Rayto clenched his hand excitedly as he beamed at the man.

"..." The man unbothered, simply waved at Rayto.

"Che! At least say something."

"...."

"Gah! Fine then, don't blame me when your precious storage gets emptied out."

Rayto chuckled as he went to the counter, taking some cups.

"Guess I'll have to skip tonight's training, but oh well."

Opening the counter's down cupboard, he took a clean bucket, taking all of them into the storage.

At this point, even the man couldn't help but look at Rayto's back.

Rayto like the mad scientist he was began experimenting. "Muahaha!"

Plagrism is fun so why not revel in it in a world that doesn't know batshit about copyright yet.

"Though it's a simple thing to make, as long as I make it mine first, then it's mine!"

"Muhahaha!"

His voice echoed the storage room as the day passed by, signaling the end of Rayto's second day in this new world.

The goal of making his name known and feared is still far off, by a large margin.
