Chapter Begins:
It was, by far, one of the greatest mysteries of the Harry Potter Random Worlds across the Multiverse.
- How in the name of seven hells did Hagrid arrive on the Hut-On-The-Rock?!
It was, in fact, such a mystery that it had become the source of two stupendous events in the various Harry Potter Random Worlds.
First, according to the theories of the old Contestants rotting above 15th floor, Hagrid's arrival to the little rocky island had become the Timeline's game.
Yes.
A game.
What else could explain the thousands of recorded sightings of the event by the Contestants?
Sightings…
… all different!
Some saw him arriving on a toy broom, which broke just as he landed on the island. Others found him flying in the storm using the umbrella, which hid his wand.
Then some chanced upon his arrival on a Thestral's back, which Hagrid sent back after landing.
That's why, because of this peculiar mystery, the second event came into being, giving an achievement on par with the Main Character.
Merely watching Hagrid's arrival… became a Milestone.
There was just one catch.
The essence of the Primordial Tower wasn't about fun at all for most Contestants, especially thoe who had Chaos as their System.
For them, the essence was dark, insidious, foul, filthy, and, more than anything, deceiving.
So, regardless of their being superstitious or not, almost everyone believed that Hagrid's arrival was nothing but truly the Timeline's way of having fun.
Thus, tempering with it also became one of the greatest Taboo among Contestants.

England
Hundreds of Contestants had again gathered around the rocky island getting blasted by the storm.
Vernon Dursley, after getting thoroughly annoyed by Acceptance Letters, had brought his family and Harry to this remote island surrounded by the sea.
Gusts of wind bombarded the hut with vengeance and rain seeped through the roof, wetting the cold within.
"Rogan," a mechanical eagle, the size of a car, flew toward the Geppo-user. "A word."
Rogan adjusted his white hat, rain wetting his white suit and pants. With every kick, he balanced himself in the air. He looked toward the eagle. "Come out of your puppet, Sigel," he replied. "Then I will think about it."
Sigel's puppet-eagle rolled its telescopic eyes.
None of them spoke for a while.
Then, a crack resounded in front of them, on the other side of the island, surprising both of them.
Apparation!
Among the Contestants, it was one of the most sought after Skill.
It was also one of the most difficult Skill to be obtained. One could imagine the mighty use of instantaneous teleportation among the various Random Worlds.
Unlike the in-world Characters, though, Apparation cost way too much MP. So much, in fact, that none below the 9th-floor ever thought of even using it, even if somehow they got it.
So, the first thing both Rogan and Sigel thought of was that a 9th-floor Contestant had appeared in front of them. And as the 9th-floor Contestants were the highest limit of this Random World, this Contestant might as well be the Lead-Protector of Rubeus Hagrid.
What happened next, though, became a hot topic among the Contestants of the Primordial Tower for years to come.
…
A yellow wind rippled under the bashing of the thunderstorm.
Lilith dropped Dementor-Kai and the others and then instantly became a hooded robe across his shoulders, layering itself on the tattered, black robes.
Item-M and Red Sun, both now donning black hooded robes, stood next to Kai in the air.
Item-S could be seen nowhere.
"Leave," Kai's raspy voice tore through the thundering rumbles, reaching all years. "I am the Supreme Protector."
…
Leave. I am the Supreme Protector.
Most of the Contestants didn't even know what a Supreme Protector was.
Those who did know were either a part of a higher Organization or were among the strongest Contestants within their Sets. Also, those who knew what a Supreme Protector was, knew he would most probably be a 10th-floor Contestant.
Rogan and Sigel had, of course, heard of the Yellow Warlock after their arrival to the Random World. They just had never thought it would be the Supreme Protector.
"Can you feel it?" Sigel said, her voice dripping with fear.
Rogan kicked the air, barely holding his own Mana together. "I am a member of Quasi Cipher Pol, my lord," he said, his voice quivering. "We all know the significance of the upcoming event. Also… Can you tell us what went wrong with the previous…"
A demonic laugh cut off Rogan's bold demand.
Many Contestants, hidden behind the shadows, were already shaking under the magical might of Red Sun. So when they heard Quasi Cipher Pol, they couldn't help but gasp.
"Quasi Cipher Pol…" Item-M's voice rang from afar, with an obvious touch of sarcasm. "So what if it's run by the bastard of a King? So what if it's the Hegemon under the 16th floor? Say one more word and… Hehe!"
Rogan's nostrils flared. "I…"
For the briefest moment, time paused.
Rogan's eyes involuntarily landed on the Yellow Warlock as he said his first word after the warning.
Under the hood, within the filthy darkness, he spied two golden pearls, surrounded by a rim of demonic purple.
… Someone was saying something…
… Someone was calling his name…
… He must move…
When Rogan finally regained his bearing, a thin line appeared on his body, starting from his head and going down and down.
Then, like a wet paper getting torn apart, both halves of his body fell, sliding over the bloody wetness.
…
RUN!!!
Sigel had already flown away miles into the distance the moment Rogan uttered the first word.
Now, the Contestants, who couldn't even see what happened, turned around, fumbled, picked themselves up, and just ran like mad dogs.
All they had in their minds was a blur.
A yellow stroke of brush against the dark storm.
Then, a Top-Class 8th-floor Contestant died, without even having a chance to put up resistance.

Kai put Sounga back into the Inventory.
"You wasted so many words over someone like him," Red Sun teased, sneering.
"Quasi Cipher Pol is no joke," Item-M warned. "They are backed up by a Temple."
Red Sun rolled his eyes. "Buzzkill."
"It's time," Kai said, eying the hut. "Prepare yourselves. If it didn't work out, we will most probably be facing the Timeline's Retribution."
As if Kai's words were a prophecy, a crack echoed just outside the Hut.
Rubeus Hagrid towered like a giant… over the tiny body of the House Elf clutching his pants.
"Fuck!" Item-M cursed.
"Shit!" Red Sun cursed along with her.
"What the…" Kai couldn't help himself either.
It was one thing to make Hagrid disappear. It was an entirely different thing to make both Hagrid and a House Elf, who was likely a Kitchen Staff member of the Hogwarts, disappear as well.
And who didn't know about Ekrizdis' past with the House Elves, who had treated them as experiments?
Before Kai could even process this new game of the Timeline's, and before the House Elf could disapparate, another crack occurred right behind Hagrid.
The giant spun so fast that one would have doubted his weight. "Who's there?!" Hagrid rumbled.
"Ha… ha… ha…" the Lord of Azkaban let out a rotten laugh.
Bang!
Bang!!
Hands tore the earth and grabbed the House Elf, pulling it down.
"Stupefy!" Ekrizdis fired a dark green bolt.
"Ugh!" Hagrid twisted his lips, lifting his umbrella simultaneously. The spell ricocheted off his Giant's body.
"Mar… velous… Specimen!" Ekrizdis put the wand on his lips and screamed.
A supersonic blast-like noise hit Hagrid's face as the giant tried to attack the Inferi head-on. "AH!"
Hagrid's ears began bleeding, his knees wobbling.
Bang!!!
More Inferi walked out of the earth and grabbed Hagrid, biting and clawing at him. Ekrizdis kept firing spells after spells, bringing the Hogwarts Gamekeeper to his knees.
In the sky, Kai's muscles had gone tout.
"It was a good idea, Master," Item-M commented, looking around for any sign of the Retribution. "You were right. Again. Ekrizdis is an in-world Character and not an Anomaly. His actions resonate with the Timeline. An intereference caused by him is just another in-world event."
Just as Item-M finished her words, the magical fight ended, too.
Rubeus Hagrid was surely a powerful being and an important Character. But against the likes of Ekrizdis, it was lucky he was still alive.
Like a yellow wraith, Kai descended near Hagrid's unconscious body. The undead were already taking off the giant's clothes and other accessories.
Then, out of nowhere, Kai's eyes glowed with the dull gray color of a Notification.

Simultaneously, Kai's thought reached into his Inventory, taking out another Item.
In his black jacket and black jeans, Black twisted his neck, smiling with Calm. With his black eyes, he eyed Item-M who was glaring at him. "Missed me?"
Black didn't even need to finish a Side Missoin to return from any Switched World. All he needed to do was to chant Kai's epithets, granted to him by his Cosmic Authority.
Such a chant created a link between the chanter and Kai via his Inventory.
Black, being an Item, just had to jump into the Inventory, and he would come wherever Kai was, crossing dimensions and random worlds.
It was just like how Kai had shared his Items with Item-M and Item-S before, along with the letters.
Black looked at the surprised Ekrizdis and disappeared into Hagrid's giant clothes.
Muscles squirmed underneath.
Bones snapped, enlarging like hollow pipes.
Skin inflated along with the flesh, trying to match the size.
It was done.
The giant ignored the existence of Kai and others, picked up the huge Umbrella, and smiled.
"Yes," Rubeus Hagrid said, accepting the mission. "I do."
He would entertain the Timeline… like never before.
