Arthur held the tape up to the dim light, his breath catching in his throat.
"This is it, the key to exposing the entire Watergate scandal."
"All I need to do now is make sure that this tape makes it to Bernstien's hand."
He slipped the tape back into the envelope, tucking it securely into his jacket. There was still work to be done.
"I can't just give it to Bernstein openly otherwise, if they had eyes in the offices I would be putting him in danger. Which could potentially mean that I failed the mission."
He had to create enough chaos to make sure the leak was too big to cover up.
Arthur found himself in a small recording studio on the other side of D.C.
The smell of cigarettes and old coffee filled the air as a young man with headphones around his neck leaned lazily against the counter.
Arthur placed the tape on the counter. "I need this copied. Two sets."
