However, despite being excessively powerful, there seem to be many restrictions. After detailed analysis, the seventh king, Roy Crowley is unable to use this power to fight for a long time.
This power manifestes as a 'golden right hand' which defeated the Wolfish Predator– Marquis Voban just by a single wave. This ability seems to have originated from the God YHWH, granting instant victory incomprehensibly.
The Gods with the traits of 'world creation', 'almighty', 'world destruction', 'time', 'omnipotence' and other high concepts have never descended on earth as Heretic Gods, and are so presumed to not exist.

The agonized cry of Marquis filled the air. Brilliance flashed across the whole Tokyo, dyeing almost the whole of Japan with a bright light and then everything returned to normal.
Marquis Voban, who had incarnated as the black dragon of underworld, was marked as the 'enemy'. The power that bloomed across the whole island country of East Asia was only applied on Marquis Voban.

The grass has not been crushed, the flowers are still swinging lively like always, the whole garden is totally in one piece. The power which has such exaggerated special effects, seemed to have not even damaged a single leaf.
However, after just a glare when the scene become viewable, the fiendish black dragon of the underworld that was once fluttering in the sky was laboriously crawling on the lawn and breathing heavily, completely defeated.
"Unintelligible! Unintelligible! What kind of power is this?! It's foul, it's a mockery of my efforts, it's blant cheating! I curse you, damn cheater!"
The creeping black dragon wanted to support his body to stand up, but Marquis Voban who has lost all his magical energy and physical strength couldn't find a single ounce of strength to move his limbs, even moving his tongue felt strenuous. Just as Roy said, he has been completely 'defeated'.

Book of 777 is a magic book that records Aleister's philosophy and thoughts, and it is also a magic book that Aleister himself has not grasped.
This book does not record any art or spell, so after comprehending this book, it did not directly make Roy a powerful occultist, but kind of sublimated his "research realm" and "thoughts".
The book's main content is focused on '777' which also symbolises the threefold perfection of the Holy Trinity.
In the book, Aleister 'reversed' the Holy Trinity: God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit into the Unholy Trinity: The Red Dragon, the Antichrist, and the False Prophet. So, Roy understands both sides of triad Godhead.
When the authorities were usurped, the power of this book was revealed, and most probably, the "realm" and "thoughts" allowed him to subconsciously weave this right hand symbolizing the 'Godhead'. This is a "miracle" that even Aleister himself cannot get.
Marquis Voban soon calmed down. He stopped his crazy ramblings. The tyrannical green dragon eyes stared at Roy's figure and slowly trotted over.
The 'golden right hand' was still attached on Roy's right shoulder, waving and distorting everything around it. It was as if the material world cannot accommodate the existence of this hand at all.

According to Aiwass, if the Enemy is the universe and it activates it's 'hole card', then this hand can even shatter the universe, if that's the condition of it's 'defeat'.
