Chapter two. What is this
Watching and trying to comprehend what this is in front of me. It spoke, if you can call it that. There were no words no vibrations no indication that it was communicating with me. Yet I knew it was, also I understood yet didn't understand. I believe that it understood my dilemma. It shifted with meaning, and purpose. Taking the misunderstanding out of everything. Flash of consciousness and understanding, unimaginable reality…. I can't explain it properly so I will skip this explanation. After all this I was sitting on a chair that put comfort to shame. It was as if I was being held properly for the first time. I wanted to sink in and forget about everything. Yet the entity that was sitting in front of me didn't allow me to.
This entity spoke properly allowing me to finally understand and comprehend what this is.
"Welcome back to the sanity and mortal understanding. I apologize for earlier I thought you were… well never mind that. I have a hard time believing where I found you." This entity started talking and he/she/it started talking as if this was an everyday occurrence.
'What happened? What is this? Where am I? What's going on?' These questions were what I wanted to know the most.
"Well child I know that what is going on is impossible for you to understand as of now. But I can assure you that it is unprecedented and unimaginably good for you. You have gained an astonishing amount of untapped potential and power. I can help you utilize it. Just keep in mind that I will only use whatever you have available to grant your request." The entity told me
I kept quite for some time. Wondering what I could get. I have read multiple fanfics and I loved the idea of a system that help the mc. But I wanted to edit it to fit my liking.
"Can I get a system that I designed?" I asked.
"Of course you can! That doesn't even take much. So how would you like your system?" The entity responded with a light laugh.
"I want a personal dimension that only I or the ones I allow access to be able to access. This is a place that I can upgrade with items or my own power. The system is to take care of this dimension and offer me advice. This system allows me to get any item from anywhere. So a store type of option. This dimension will be based on my personal strength. I don't mind if there are missions offered to me by you or other beings like you. I would like to have the option to choose missions that I take. With infinite storage that is in suspended time… … … " explaining everything I want with my system and personal dimension took some time.
"Wow how often have you thought about this. That's a lot you want and considering that you kept everything basically based on your personal strengths lowered the price by a huge margin. Yet because of your personal dimension it will still cost. So I can do that all by using about 1/8 of what you have. Which is considerably amount. Ok what next."
'Only 1/8 I guess I have a lot more power that I gained from wherever that was.' I thought.
"I would like to design my new body." I continued thinking this should be fun.
"Of course what would you like " entity
"I want to be the progenitor of my new species. As a base I want a Kryptonian, solar absorption but edit to energy absorption, that includes radiation absorption, the Anodite from Ben 10, the Pokémon mew, and a for lack of better name, a vampire. I should be able to live off of energy, blood, food, matter, or antimatter. I should have all the powers of every species and I would like to choose the vampire ability and weaknesses. Also keep a human appearance " I kept rambling on.
" hold it there. You have enough energy but your using quiet a lot by doing this." Entity interjected "You won't have any weaknesses in most worlds with that setup. Heck you could even set yourself up as a god in those weak worlds. But now with this your power is used by 5/8. So nothings that much again."
"How is my power measured?" I asked because I didn't think that was asking a lot.
"Let's see with the last one you unlocked your limitless potential gave yourself true immortality, allowing yourself to grow quickly and infinitely. And many others." Entity responded
'Not what I wanted to know but that does make sense.' "When I get to the new world how will I understand how powerful I am." I asked.
"Any way you want or can think of. If you want to compare it to cultivation systems you can. Or on how much you can destroy, or you could even use how much you could create and head that route. So anyway you can imagine is how you could understand how powerful you are." Entity
"Ok." 'Hmm that's quite amazing' "I would like to use the god of slaughter cultivation setting, and when I get to a new level I should get a gift box that I can open at that level."
"Easy, consider it done." Entity
"Lastly I would like to be able to be able to go to any story, movie, anime, fanfic story I want to." This was all that I can think of that I really wanted.
"Of course that's possible, and until your strong enough to do it on your own your system will be in control of that. Also you can let your system stay in control of that to make it easier for you." Entity suggested "also what world do you want to travel first?"
"I have thought about that for a while now. I know that some people don't like this world but it helped me out when I was a teenager and I wanted to explore all that was available in this world. So I chose twilight.
