Prelude to chaos pt.1

with the signal from the proctor, the battle between Naruto and Neji begins.

just like usual, Naruto always starts his battle with shadow clones, but no matter how many he creates it's useless against Neji.

"it's useless, you're fated to lose here and it's impossible for you to fight against it" 

Neji keeps telling Naruto that he will never win, which is his fate, but Naruto will never give up, no matter how hard it is.

"I don't care, I promise Hinata that I will avenge her by punching your face, and I will do that, ttebayo"

Naruto is a stonehead and when he decides on something he will walk through it until the end, even after Neji shows him his bird cage seals and describes it to everyone in this arena.

and that kind of attitude is what Neji hates, he thinks that everything is already decided the moment someone is born and nothing you do will affect it.

the battle turns worse when Neji blocks Naruto's chakra path and he becomes a punching bag for Neji but, Naruto this time is different from Naruto in the story.

and this time Kurama decides to pull Naruto's consciousness into the mindscape.

but it's different for Kaoru, Kakashi, Hiruzen, Orochimaru, and some small number of people.

"Kagebunshin no Jutsu" Naruto then created several shadow clones and ran toward Neji.

Neji who is still stunned awakened by Naruto's movement, and he immediately takes a pose and starts destroying Naruto's clones.

but what he isn't aware of is Naruto's clones are just a distraction, and the real Naruto prepares his special Jutsu, Naruto with his clone helping prepare the fourth Hokage's signature Jutsu, Rasengan.

after the jutsu was completed, Naruto rushed toward Neji, and Neji who wasn't aware of it hurriedly used Kaiten, by expelling chakra from all his tenketsu and started rotating while Naruto approached him.

"Rasengan!!!"

both of their Jutsu collided and made an explosion that shocked everyone but, Hiruzen turned panicked because he recognized that Jutsu, and suddenly he remembered of fourth Hokage's face.

looking at Hiruzen's expression, Orochimaru who is still disguised as the fourth Kazekage sneers in his heart because this time he could see his teacher's unsightly face.

Hiruzen wondered how could Naruto use that Jutsu and when he remembered carefully that Jiraiya had arrived in the village not long ago he regained his composure, he was afraid that if Minato suddenly revived and found how he treated Naruto.

Minato may not have a large-scale destruction Jutsu but, his space-type Hiraishin is what makes Minato a fearsome ninja, even Hiruzen is afraid of that Jutsu where you could get killed without being aware how.

unfortunately, what Hiruzen doesn't know is that the one who taught Naruto is not Jiraiya but, Kaoru who is just watching the duel while eating popcorn that appears from nowhere.

at the arena, after the dust slowly disappeared, everyone could see that both Neji and Naruto lying on the ground.

not long after that, Neji started to wake up and the proctor wanted to announce the results Naruto's body turned into smoke and disappeared.

right before Neji could activate his byakugan again, Naruto suddenly appeared from the ground and gave Neji a heavy punch on the chin to the point threw him into the air.

after checking Neji's condition, the proctor decided that he couldn't continue the fight because Naruto's punch affected some of his nerves and couldn't move his body.

the proctor then decides to end the battle and announces Naruto as the winner of the first round.

everyone was stunned since they never thought that Naruto would win against the genius of the Hyuga clan.

*clap clap clap

Kaoru clapped his hands because this time Naruto successfully proved to the entire village that he was not a failure and that he could control Kurama's chakra, even Kaoru was surprised by how well Naruto did it.

after Kaoru, Kakashi also clapped his hand, followed by other Jounin like Guy and Kurenai, and one by one the people on the balcony started to clap their hands, Kaoru promised that he could hear music in his head when looking at this scene

Naruto who is still in the arena becomes ecstatic since this is the first time everyone cheers for him and he starts to act stupid again but, no one comments on him since he has every right to be happy and proud today.
