The cosmos of space was infinitely boundless.

Who could ever say there was an end? Every ending led to a new beginning and vice versa.

Among one of the many dimensions was a rather weak one.

In a certain alleyway, there was a fight going on.

The sounds of clashing could be heard as sparks flew about and a worried voice sounded out, "You've harmed too many people based on your twisted ideology, Enough is enough!"

"Hmph," A dark glint passed through his blood-red eyes and his murderous aura rose, He raised his blade and licked the blood off it.

This action surprised the man in a full metallic white bodysuit with thrusters attached to the sides of his legs. His expression turned deathly pale as he collapsed on the floor, he was conscious but couldn't move a single finger!

"W-When...?" He barely mumbled.

"The moment you kicked my waist, did you think I only use blades as weapons?" The man with dirty and messy black hair walked towards the collapsed man and said with a hoarse voice.

The collapsed man's eyes dulled as he slowly stopped resisting the paralysis, 'So this is how it ends? Forgive me mother, father, and... Iida.'

The man with ominous red eyes raised his blade and slashed down, the reflection of light from the blade blinded his eyes but the expected never-ending darkness didn't come.

Instead, he felt immense pain near his feet, and barely looking back he realised he would probably never be able to move again but this wasn't the immediate focus of his as he looked at the red-eyed man with confusion.

He was crippled!

"Hmm, you aren't as pathetic as the others so I'm sparing you but you don't deserve your title of a hero as well... Just wait and witness how I destroy all these fake heroes while you can do nothing but look at me without being able to do anything..." He grunted and left the collapsed man on the ground.

As he was walking away he flinched and paused for a second before walking again as if nothing had happened, disappearing from the alleyway.

Sitting on the top of a roof, Stain frowned while mending his wounds. His body ached from the blows he had to take to ensure some blood.

Ultimately, while his quirk was extremely deadly, he possessed a major flaw.

His own body.

But what could he do? He wouldn't stop midway from his goal and if he fails then so be it, it would nobody besides his fault for being weak.

Currently, he was extremely confused, he couldn't avoid this weird advanced high-tech screen floating in front of him. It had been 15 minutes since he exited the alleyway and this thing had been stuck to him since then.

He ignored it at first since finding a safe spot and healing himself was the priority but now that he had some room to breathe he focused on the high-tech screen.

It was written in familiar Japanese which made it easy to read the text.

[Goals can not be attained without strength. He, who, wishes to complete his ideals but lacks the strength to do so is only a fool with wishful thinking! But what if the system allows such a fool to fulfill those goals? Would the fool accept or regret?]

Reading it he immediately scowled as it stung his heart where it hurt the most but his eyes glistened as he read the last part. The possibility of this being an extremely weird quirk passed through his mind but he couldn't feel any ill intentions from the screen.

Not even his sense of danger honed from countless battles was giving him any warning.

All it would take was a single nod to possibly accept the mysterious message's will or fall into a very well-prepared trap.

His first reaction was to reject it since he trusted no one besides himself but as he looked at the billboard displaying the top 5 heroes his expression darkened.

Not to mention his biggest target, Endeavour, He couldn't even get close to him before getting burnt to a crisp!

He grunted before accepting it, the word "regret" made him recall many bad memories but it helped him determine his answer.

[One-Time Gift Bestowed- Agility Booster Quirk!]

Stain's eyes widened and he felt his body grow heavier. It was a weird feeling as if a bowl filled with water was poured with more water.

But a small smile spread across his face as he gained some information regarding the new quirk. Keeping the bafflement to the side, the quirk multiplied his agility by five times!

It might sound underwhelming but agility was way different than speed and a melee fighter like him instantly recognized the difference.

Speed would only increase his ability to move his body in one direction as fast as possible... but agility?

Agility would allow him to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture!

What did this mean? In complicated terms, he had gained near-perfect control over his body!

In simple terms, he could instantly end the fight from before.

His combat ability had improved drastically!

Buzz!

The screen flickered and a new row of text appeared.

Japan

Fujimi Academy

In the kendo club, a duel was being taken place. Two figures crossed their shinais again and again but after a bit of observation, one could see that one side had full control of the fight.

While the young man tried his best to parry his third-year senpai and the kendo club captain, Saeko Bujishima, he found it hard to do so.

He wanted to prove himself to her but unfortunately, a strike landed on his head causing him to land on his butt.

"Good duel, There's room for improvement, keep doing your best!" Saeko removed her headgear and helped her kouhai get up with a warm smile.

She had long purple hair and a curvaceous body.

This caused him to blush a bit due to embarrassment and shyness.

He dejectedly nodded his head.

"As expected of Bujishima-senpai, she's the best hehe~"

"Mmm, mmm, I agree, I don't think she's ever lost in the kendo club, right?"

"Yeah."

The surrounding students looked at her with admiration and sang her praises.

This didn't faze Saeko as she maintained her smile.

After everyone had packed up, changed, and left, Saeko too started changing.

Sighing a bit she was about to open her locker when her hand paused. A game-like interference had popped up out of nowhere in between her arm as if cutting it.

Saeko tilted her head, 'I don't think I'm tired enough to hallucinate all of sudden.'

She moved her arm and it easily passed through. She waved her hand a bit more out of curiosity and kept on moving her hand around it.

"Is this some kind of fantasy situation?" She muttered with curiosity and slight disbelief.

No matter how calm Saeko usually was, her eyebrows couldn't help but jump as she read the text that was written in Japanese.

[Once upon a time there was a swordsman who lived in bloodshed, fighting day and night. He enjoyed this type of lifestyle and fought with his rival to death.

But he found himself in a new world way more progressed than his.

After adapting to the world he realised something, he was bound and restricted! The new world's laws prevented him from picking up his sword and fighting to his heart's content.

Day by day he endured and his frustration grew until one day he decided to kill a few robbers and landed in prison.

In the end, he ended his life knowing that he would never be able to enjoy this second life he had been offered...

Do you agree with his decision? What if you were given an opportunity to break through those restraints? Would you accept it or silently rot away?]

Saeko was silent.

After reading the 'story' she felt as if the scenario was familiar to her, extremely familiar.

"Silently rot away...?" She said out loud and just realised how desolate her voice was.

She was tired.

She too wasn't content with her life and death didn't seem too terrifying to her.

Was it the guilt? or the self-loathe? She couldn't guess accurately but with such an exciting offer in front of her would she reject?

No!

So what if all this was a delusion of hers? The one percent of probability of it being real was enough for her to accept it readily.

[One-Time Gift Bestowed- Master Swordsmanship.]

A large burst of information assaulted her mind causing her to hold her head in pain.

It took a few minutes for the pain to subside and she opened her eyes in a daze.

Her eyes were blank and her brain was digesting all the sudden information. She looked like an emotionless doll without any life, besides the slight twitch of her fingers.

In some time, her eyes were once again filled with light and those eyes burned with ecstasy!

A grin spread across her face as she heard a buzz and the screen glitched before revealing a new message.
