13 The Shop

Tomorrow quickly came, today is my birthday and I still didn't get that 'bonus' that God talked about, however, I was patient. I've waited 18 years for this and waiting for a single day hardly matters.

I figured out that I would receive it at the end of the day. Today was luckily Saturday so there's no class, and it's perfect for me to prepare for my birthday party.

My previous birthday party was made through catering, everything was grand and prepared, due to the fact that my sister planned it in advance, however, this year is different because I told her that I'll take care of my birthday party myself, unlike my previous one I don't want this birthday party to be grand and luxurious.

I wanted to keep it small and simple, a party with only my closest friends invited, everyone knows that I'm rich, that's because there was that certain birthday, my sister rode a helicopter to my school to greet me happy birthday.

Anyway, forget about that this time it would be different since my sister wouldn't be able to come since I heard she's busy hunting a dead apostle ancestor with her fiance.

And also this year, Teresa, Alexandra, and Luvia couldn't come, due to being busy, what a coincidence, however, I didn't mind since I wanted to keep this birthday party simple enough, because frankly with them here it wouldn't be 'simple' anymore.

With all the ingredients in the kitchen, I finally started preparing them, so that I could start cooking.

I wasn't at Shirou's level, but I was certainly at the level of a professional chef. Thanks to him, he taught me one or two about cooking. He's a good teacher.

Honestly, regarding my sister and Shirou's relationship, I should have seen it coming due to the fact that every time I'm in the Clocktower I would always see them together, it wasn't natural at all, not to mention they weren't even in the same department or faction.

I don't know when Lorelei and Shirou started dating, but I suppose it was a year or two after that rejection incident.

It took a while to finish everything, and I was satisfied with my work. Compared to a paid catering, this feels more satisfying because I made it with my own hands, thus making it special.

Guests started to arrive at my place, the first one was unsurprisingly Hitori, or simply Bocchi, it's more fun and fitting to call her that.

Bocchi place was just a block away from my house, though I couldn't help but chuckle at Bocchi's outfit, not because it's bad or anything, but it's amazing her charm went up by a significant amount with that lovely dress, what made me laugh is the dead expression she's making.

A few minutes later, another of my friends arrived, it was Mitsuha who wore a white dress. It was simple but it did make her more attractive in his eyes. "Welcome, please come in."

Mitsuha smiled and replied. "Thanks."

Then she went inside, and before I closed the door someone unexpectedly arrived, definitely someone I did not invite.

It was D, who was smiling brightly at me. "Are you going to let me in or…"

Okay, it's obvious that she's threatening me, plus there's no way I could stop her, regretful I let her enter. "Please go in."

"Good, good I was afraid that you won't let me." She let out a giggle, her outfit was no different from any civilian, so why the hell is she more attractive than before?!

Oh, right it was stupid of me, a goddess with a natural charisma.

After she got in, she instantly changed her entire persona, she looked and felt like a different person, such an act was simply out of this world.

It's like she's another person entirely.

Then a few more people arrived and the birthday party finally started.

I woke up in the morning with a killer headache, it's because of the large amount of liquor I drank yesterday from my birthday party.

Since I'm now legally an adult on paper, I naturally bought different kinds of liquor around. I wasn't an alcoholic but I did want to try different kinds of liquor from the cheapest to the most expensive.

I think I bought a single bottle that cost a few hundred thousand dollars, it was delicious but wasn't worth the price honestly.

Welp, too late for regret besides my total assets, it's nothing, after all, I got 12 digits of money in British pound sterling.

A few hundred thousand was nothing, either way, I can't remember what happened last night clearly. I was too drunk, next time…no scratch that there's no next time definitely.

Eyes wandering around my bed, I saw a naked woman…-

My eyes widened as I saw someone who definitely shouldn't be there, because of my movement I woke up the person who possibly had sex with me yesterday.

D smiled at my stunned reaction. "Surprised?"

Dumbly I nodded at her like an idiot.

"I'm using your shower." After that D left me alone in my bed.

I was still processing what happened, and all of the sudden I felt something inside my soul threatening to burst out.

Before I could react, it was already too late as the thing inside my soul was released.

Blinking a couple of times, I realized that I wasn't in my bed anymore, I'm in a place that had a similar built to a bar, except the ones that are on the shelf aren't liquor, but items, not just any items but something I never thought I'd see with my own eyes.

"Is that Excalibur? Wait, there's also Ea! And a complete set of infinity stones!" I couldn't stop my jaw from dropping, with just a single look I could tell that these items and weapons are all genuine articles.

There's also a full set of dragon balls, a death note, and a tengu murasame, also is that Odin's eye?

I was overwhelmed by the sight of these overpowered items and weapons in gathered one place.

[ You're finally here, sir. ]

I was startled by hearing this neutral gender voice that suddenly appeared in my head.

"Who are you?" A perfectly normal question.

[ I'm an A.I that was assigned by 'God' to assist you. ]

"Wait, so this place is the 'bonus' he mentioned?"

[ That is correct, sir this is the shop, where everything can be bought at the right price, and you are the owner of this shop. ]

I blinked at the A.I words, okay I did not expect this to be the 'bonus' I've thought about what the mysterious 'bonus' is, a powerful ability, a unique or perhaps an overpowered weapon.

Turns out it was all of the above, the shop had everything.

Alright, the shop is here! It took me long enough to add this, but now the main attraction of this fanfic has finally arrived.

As you guessed, the shop is his reality marble, it's his inner world, the manifestation of his very soul, that he could call anytime without using any prana since it's different from a normal reality marble.
