The next morning, we wake up in each other's arms. Frost looks at me, embarrassed, but happy. There is school today, but it isn't mandatory, so we stay here for a little longer. While laying here, I decide to review my memories, cementing them in my head.
From what I know, the world only has two continents, one east and one west. In the south there is a string of islands that house an underwater dungeon. There is only one notable mountain in the world, where a dragon dungeon is located. I am on the Western continent, that has five dungeons in total. The dragon on the mountain to the south, an insect dungeon by the southern capital, a stone themed one on the North Western stoney Beach, a sea themed one at the very north, and a non themed one by the northern capital. That is all the large, or notable dungeons on the continent of Dimida.
The Eastern continent also has five dungeons, but I don't know what is in them. The underwater dungeon is completely submerged, so there has been almost no exploration of it. The Eastern continent is named Lustrum, and both continents are under one power. From what I remember, the world is named Hamarbi.
The dungeons are highly profitable, but just as dangerous. When a dungeon isn't cleared for long enough, it releases dark energy that corrupts the surrounding area, allowing it to expand. Corrupted land cannot be fixed, and there is no way of destroying a dungeon from what I know.
Getting out of bed, I walk over to the door with Frost. Food is served on the ground level of the building in a buffet style. Before we leave, I grab a towel and clean us up, trying to remove the smell of sex. Muttering a thanks, Frost heads down the stairs, still tired and hungry from last night's activities.
After breakfast, I start for the training fields, but not the magic ones. I head over to a large, empty field and strart running. If I want to save Fein, I need to improve. With what I currently have, I think it will take almost all of the summer break, 60 days. In this world, the months are 30 days long, with only 10 months a year.
I continue to run around, getting weird looks from the other mages, with only a few realizing how high my stats are. Mages may have decent AGI, but with low CON, it only works in short bursts. As I'm running, I cast my spells, failing about all of them. The amount of concentration required to casts is quite high, so running around on uneven footing makes it very hard.
When I finally cast a spell, it levels up, and my mana goes up. With fresh motivation and three extra AGI, I run as hard as I can, casting spells. I go at it for a few more hours, and collapse from exhaustion. My new stats are a lot better though.
(STR 9 AGI 7 CON 9 MP 8 HP 10
Enchant lv 2 AGI boost lv 3 STR boost lv 3 HP boost lv 2)
All my stats went up by two, except for HP. Sweating in the noon sun, I look up and see the cloudless sky, with a bright, dark orange sun. Tired and wet, I head back to my room, and step into the shower. I let the water heat up slowly, enjoying the refreshing coolness. I rinse thoroughly, and lavish soap through my hair. It's a little shorter than I like, not even reaching the middle of my neck. I might let it grow out some, but that's not too important.
I get out of the shower, find my robes, and put on a fresh one. While inside the building, all students and teachers are required to wear robes with the Magic Academy symbol. I head over to Frost's room, knowing she would be studying right now. I walk into her room, and hear her writing something in her room. I look in and see some books on her bed, and a notepad in hand.
"Still studying? Is there anything else you do?". She jumps at the unexpected voice, and asks "How did you get in?" "It helps when the door is unlocked" Sarcasm is something I was always good at. "Let's get you sun light" I push the books away and grab her hands, almost throwing her to the door. "I still have work to do!"
"School ends tomorrow, one A- won't kill you." I drag her out of the building, taking the less used south entrance. The Magic Academy has a ring that separates it from the rest of the capital, about a mile long. Not a super long walk, but long enough to be tiring. When we finally leave the Academy grounds, I guide us to the shopping district.
This world's currency is in coins, with a conversion rate of 10:1. Ten copper makes one silver, ten silver makes one gold, and so on. Upon arrival, I see that Frost is nervous from all the people. I know she doesn't do well with crowds, so I grab her hand and pull her closer to me. "I will be be by you the whole time". I smile down at her, trying to ease her nerves. It seems to work, as her shoulders loosen up and eyes stop darting around.
I stand by her as I walk, and make some small talk to keep her from getting nervous again. What's your favorite food? Fish. What do you do in your free time? Study. What do you want to buy? I don't know. Which lingerie what you look best in? "HUH?!" I laugh a little. So easy to tease her. I bring us to a small restaurant with nice food, and order us something.
Our date goes on until late afternoon, almost evening. I lead us back to her room, and we have some fun again. Just as good as the first time.
