53 Small Problem

"Hmmm, a small magical town wants to become the vassal of the Vongola family?"

"Yes, My Lord. They lived near the border between Moldova and Romania. Not only that, but they are also near the territory of the Carmilla faction. The leader of that town wants to become our vassal in exchange for protection against the vampire and potions for the one that was injured fighting against the vampire."

What are they thinking? Not only Romania is not a part of ICW, but they (ICW) also abandon Romania because of how this country is the capital of Vampire races. The reason why that sanctuary is built is that the wizard who built it has the help of local Magician and Druid because if not for them, that said wizard is already dead either by a vampire or the Wyvern he wants to tame.

ICW also cannot interfere in Romania's magic community unless they want to get consumed by the vampire around Romania. There is a reason why Romania didn't have a magical government like other countries. The reason is that a vampire has a civil war. In the past, the magician in Romania is led by Dracula, the king of Romania. The title indicates that he is the king of all vampires. However, when the previous Dracula is dead, and not yet indicating which child his heir is for the throne, both his children fight for power. On one side is the male heir, the one that many people thought will be the one who inherited the title of Dracula because he is a man. On the other hand, it was the oldest child who thought of herself as the rightful ruler of all Romania because she is the older child. So both children decide that they will become the king of their own.

The male heir created his own faction named Tepes, and the female heir created her own faction named Carmilla. That is how the long civil war between the Carmilla and Tepes factions begin. That is also the beginning of how the Romania government begins to crumble. Without a leader, the magicians decide to create their own city and shy away from the conflict between the Carmilla and Tepes faction.

"Ignore them for now. However, if they start something suspicious, I want you to take care of it. Also, I want you to recruit the people that get fired from the previous sanctuary and place them to Dragonsummit. Give them more money than they get from working in their previous place."

Dragonsummit is the new name of the second city we build in the north. While it was not as big as Faysummit, it was still big enough to house Three-hundred-thousand people inside. The bounded field around the city is almost the same as Faysummit in terms of strength.

However, the population of Dragonsummit no more than Ten-thousand people, and most of them are either a soldier or a worker to the farm and animal sanctuary.

"Understood. I will send them a letter immediately."

"Thank you, Medea. You are amazing."

"Fufufufu. It was nothing, master."

"If there's anything you want, tell me."

As Medea is about to leave my office, someone opens up the door, and I can see Mordred and Kushina walking inside the room. I raise my eyebrow when I see Mordred bring Ophis with her like a sack of potato. Ophis, on the other hand, did not mind in the slightly and content eating her banana.

The scene in front of me is so bizarre I cannot find a word to describe it.

"Errr… Mordred, why are you bringing Ophis here?"

"The banana farmer is complaining that someone stole their banana, and when I came to their banana farm, I found her eating all the bananas like a monkey."

I put my palm on my face and began to rub it slowly before looking at Ophis. Ophis kept eating the banana in her hand as if she didn't do anything wrong.

"Ophis…"

"Mu?"

"What did I say about eating all the bananas?"

"Not to?"

"Yes. Do not eat all the banana."

"I can't?"

*Stab*

I can feel an invisible arrow stab me in the heart when Ophis looks at me with her puppy eyes. I don't know how she learned this technique, but it makes her even more dangerous than before.

"You can…"

I can see Ophis' expression brighten when I say that.

".. BUT you cannot eat from the tree. You can come here if you are hungry and want to eat some banana. Can you promise me that?"

"En. I can eat a banana here?"

"Yes. Just ask the servant in this place if you are hungry."

"Kay."

*Growl** Growl*

While we are talking about eating, I hear two almost identical growls coming from Mordred and Kushina. When I smile in amusement, Mordred and Kushina's faces begin to change color into red because of embarrassment.

"Welp, we don't have any breakfast yet. So, what do you guys think about eating breakfast outside? I know this place serves amazing breakfast items."

I look at Ophis, who has a hopeful expression on her face.

"You can also come with us, Ophis."

"En"

I smile at her before I stand up and get ready to go to the marketplace.

"Medea, can you call Valerie, Carol, and Amelia? They should be in the training ground right now."

"Of course, Master."

It looks like we have a surprise family breakfast time.
