Raid (VII)

It has been almost half an hour since we arrived in this pocket dimension. The abomination that was roaming the pocket dimension is gone. They have been destroyed and burned, so they will not leave anything in this pocket dimension.

The castle in front of me is in its worst condition. Half of the castle is gone because of the bombardment of Melammu Dingir.

While the abomination is gone, we did not walk inside the castle. I don't want to fight my enemy inside their base. That is why we stay outside the castle while Melammu Dingir keeps firing at the castle.

However, the rest of the castle did not get damaged or not as much as the previous one. Seeing it will take longer if we only use the Melammu Dingir, I look at Medea, Carol, and Mordred.

"Could guys help to destroy that castle?"

"Of course."

"Yes, with pleasure."

"Finally!"

A thousand magic circles appear above the castle after Medea points her staff at the castle. Carol uses her Binary mode and is ready to fire her Photon Blast. Lastly, Mordred places her sword in front of her, and suddenly it releases a beam of light.

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

Many explosions are happening at the same time, and its target is the castle. After a few seconds of bombardment, the castle began to crumble. While the castle is gone, I can see the throne still intact because of a dome made of magic.

Sitting on the throne is a man holding a cup in his hand. Standing near that man is another man wearing a black suit. They are Rizevim Livan Lucifer and Euclid Lucifuge. The main villain in the DxD universe.

"Rizevim Livan Lucifer. We come here to take that little cup you hold and also take your life if you don't mind."

"You? Take my life away? Oh my...what an arrogant thing to say. I'm a devil boy. I'm a being that represents evil. Devils are beings that have to be evil, wicked, brutal, bad, scum, wrong, brute, and vicious. That is the devil. You? You are a human, a being that should be honored to be slaughtered by the higher being."

"But this human is the one that destroys all your plans to revive 666-kun, right? This race is the one that thwarted all your plans and even killed all your creations. This race is also the one that cornered you in this place."

"And I will fix that."

After saying that, a burst of energy appeared, and I wouldn't say I liked it. The energy makes my back shudder a little. That energy is foul and cold.

Rizevim suddenly disappears and appears in front of me. I used all my flame to block his attack barely. I get thrown away by the impact and see Rizevim's fist get burned by my flame. However, the flame easily gets put out by a mud-like substance that coats his hand.

"This flame is really fascinating. It has the same effect as ordinary fire, but each of the colors has another unique power that can be used to fight or everyday life. What a fascinating flame indeed."

Without letting him continue his rambling, my guardian began to attack him. Carol tries to punch him, but to her surprise, Rizevim blocks her punch with his hand. While blocking Carol's attack, Mordred charged at Rizevim and swung her sword at him, but it was blocked by wings that sprouted out from his back. Kushina changes into her four tailed forms and attacks him from the left side, but like Mordred, her attack is blocked by his other wings.

While Carol, Kushina, and Mordred fight against Rizevim. I look at the other person in the room, Euclid Lucifuge. I scratch Lily's head before she suddenly changes into rifle mode. I fire a combination of both storm, cloud, and rain flame at him, and to no one surprise, he can block my attack.

I can see he wants to say something but before he could say it, Medea fires her spell at him, and Taylor already sneaks a bug around Euclid then detonates it. When the dust is gone, I cannot see Euclid. I look at the sky and see him flying in the air with a dozen or so magic circles.

When I see the incoming spell, I clap my hand, and suddenly a dome of orange flame makes all the spells disappear. This is the technique I copy from Byakuran, the owner of Mare Ring in the KHR world. This technique allows me to negate any attack coming at me and my ally.

Seeing his attack did not work, Euclid try to attack once again. Still, before he could do it, I can see one of Amelia's mosquitoes appear near him and create a portal made by the Dimension Lost and swallow Euclid's hand before it disappears, leaving Euclid to scream as he just lost his right hand.

Seeing the opportunity, I change Lily's machine gun form into a sniper form and begin charging. While I was charging an attack, Taylor gathered her swarm and ordered it to attack Euclid. Euclid tried to attack Taylor's swarm while clutching his hand in pain, but to his horror, all his attacks did not work as Taylor's swarm is protected by the power of the Lightning flame.

Not only all the insects come from the human world, but Taylor also gets control over the insects in the underworld. Some of the insects cannot penetrate his skin, but the one inside Euclid's mouth, ear, or nose can deliver their toxin.

Medea decides to join in and use her favorite spell at Euclid. While this attack kills some of Taylor's minions, it also creates an injury that Taylor uses as a path for her insect to get inside Euclid's body.

When I feel the attack is ready, I press the trigger, and suddenly a beam made of all the Dying Will Flame fly toward Euclid at high speed.

*BOOM*

I must say that I'm impressed. Euclid loses his hand at Amelia's surprise attack, his body already gets injured by Medea bombardment, and his entire body is covered with insects. He still can create a barrier that blocks the attack for a few seconds. Sadly, that barrier did not last long as my attack drilled through his barrier and pierce through his chest.

When I see the falling body of Euclid, I nod to my guardian and look at the place where my other guardian fought against Rizevim. The place where Carol, Mordred, and Kushina fight Rizevim is full of large craters.

Kushina in her sis-tailed form, an endoskeleton covering some part of her body. Mordred covered with Storm Flame that became her armor. Carol is still in her Binary mode, but she has yet to enter her other mode where she combines her Flame and Power Stone's power with her Cosmic power.

"Medea, let's help them. Taylor, I want you and Amelia to search and rescue in the pocket dimension entrance. Not only that, but I also want you two to guard the entrance. I don't want Rizevim to try to escape."

When I see Amelia and Taylor nod their head, Medea and I begin to join the fight against Rizevim. When we arrive near Rizevim, who fights against my guardian, I can see his body is full of injury, but he still stands there fighting.

I guess it is true that a cornered animal is the most dangerous one.

I begin charging another attack while Medea summons her army of heroes. Medea then orders her to summon to attack Rizevim. Rizevim was busy blocking all the attack from Mordred, and Carol did not see Heracles coming at him at high speed, and when Rizevim saw him, it was already too late as Heracles already punched him hard enough that it made him fly away.

However, before he could go far away, Penthesilea appeared near him and kicked him to the ground. I could see Rizevim try to get up, but before he could do that, more than a hundred magic circles appeared above him, and coming from the magic circle was a beam of light.

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

Medea attacks Rizevim head-on, and it creates a massive explosion. When The explosion is finished, I am surprised when Rizevim still creates a barrier strong enough to block Medea's attack.

Rizevim then begins to stand up from the ground with difficulty, but he stands after a few seconds; he then looks at me and disappears from my sight. A second later, he appeared not too far from me.

"DIE!!!"

Sadly for him, Lily already finished charging. I press the trigger, and my weapon fires the same beam that kills his assistant. The attack hit him in the chest, and it penetrated him effortlessly. When the attack is finished, I look at Rizevim, who has a hole in his chest.

The man is still alive, even with a hole in his chest that should have killed him.

"Why… Why…. Why… You… Destroy… All…. My…. Plan…?"

I look at him with pity before saying.

"Because you attack my family. Vongola takes care of their family."

After saying that, I shoot him in the head, killing him. I walk toward the throne where Rizevim sits and pick up the Holy Grail.

"Come on. Let's go home."
