"That is the situation. What do you guys think?"
I look at my guardian in front of me. Right now, we are doing an emergency meeting where we decide if we want to help the Celt Pantheon or not.
"I think we should give them our support, master!"
I look at Mordred while tilting my head, asking her to continue.
"Right now, we are seen as a low-level faction because of how we want to maintain our neutral status, but after the three factions join together, the other faction begins to create their own alliance. For example, I hear there is already an alliance between the Greeks and the Egyptians from the merchants coming to our city. The faction close to us and not yet creating an alliance is the Celtic and Shinto. While maintaining the status as a neutral faction is good for now, it will not be so good in the future. Many rumors are running around the merchant that the Greeks want to take back this land, and they need an excuse to do so. With the alliance between them and the Egyptian pantheon, I can guess they will have enough reasoning to attack. What I want to say is that we should help them, but before we send our man to their territory, we ask for an alliance between the Vongola Family and Celtic Pantheon. With this alliance, the other faction will hesitate to attack us."
Mordred is correct. I also hear the rumor about the greek looking at Romania and thinking about taking this land back or something like that.
I guess it is the time where the Vongola family entered the political power struggle between factions.
"Do you guys have any objection?"
I see them shake their heads.
"So we will help them with their trouble after they sign an alliance between the Vongola Family and Celtic Pantheon. If they refuse the alliance, we will still support them by sending a potion. What do you guys think?"
I look at them, and the first one to answer my question is Medea.
"It was perfect, Master. With us sending them our potion, the Celtic pantheon will have a debt to us. However, I don't think they will refuse an alliance with us. The other faction did not like the Celtic because of how blunt they were with their word. They are a warrior first and politician a hundred, that is why they are not well-liked by the other faction. Only us, the Vongola Family, see them as a friend and not a rival faction or a rude stranger."
"Then it is settled, we will try to make an alliance between the Vongola Family and the Celtic Pantheon."
With that being said, I get up from the chair and walk away from my office. I walk toward the guest room with my guardian behind me. I knock on the door and see Morrigan open up the door and let us in.
Sitting on the bed, I see Lugh tinkering with something. I see some rune floating in the air, and on his hand, it looks like a pistol.
"Sorry about him. I will pay you back for the computer he tears up and uses it to create whatever he is creating."
I look at the table near the wardrobe and see that the CPU of the computer is gone.
"It's fine. What is happening to him?"
"From time to time, Lugh will enter a tinkering mode, where he tears anything he can find to create whatever new idea inside his mind. He became like this when he saw the troops training in the barrack with their weapons."
"I see, so that is why the wine is only half empty. How long do you think he finished tinkering?"
"Give him another five minutes. By the look of it, he almost finished with his tinkering."
True to Morrigan's word, Lugh finished building his new toy five minutes later. After finishing building his new toy, Lugh looked at me with a surprised expression before saying.
"Ah! Sorry about that. Did you wait for long?"
"No, I only wait for five minutes."
"I see. Sorry for that, sometimes I get this idea in my head and an urge to build it immediately."
"It is fine. By the way, what toy did you create?"
Lugh showed the toy he just created. It is a pistol by the look of it.
"After I come here and see the flame pistol your people use in the training ground, I have an urge to build one. This little boy has the same principle as a normal pistol, but it did not fire a normal bullet just like your flame pistol. This boy shot a divine bullet."
"So, it is like the flame pistol?"
"Not really. This little thing can fire all sorts of energy. Demonic, Holy, Divine, Mana, and even Chakra."
"That is a versatile weapon."
"Yup."
And I'm not lying. Every race in the world can use that weapon. I don't know the firepower of that weapon, but it can be a dangerous thing to have if anyone can use that thing.
"So! Do you agree with our request?"
"Before I answer your question, I want to discuss something with the Celtic Pantheon."
I can see them raise their eyebrows a little bit before sitting down on one of the couches. I sit down on the other couch, and my guardian stands behind me.
"Before we, the Vongola Family, help you. I want to offer an alliance between us."
"Wait, you want to forge an alliance with us?"
"Yes."
"Are you serious?"
"Yes, very."
"Then, sure, let us create the pact."
I look at Lugh with a surprised expression before saying.
"Just like that?"
"Yup!"
"Y-You don't even tell this alliance with the other gods."
"Well, Dagda will agree immediately as he wants to meet the people that create the potion and make him stay inside his workshop for a long time. As the other Tuatha De Danann member, I agree to this alliance, except Morrigan against this alliance."
Lugh and I look at Morrigan, sipping her wine before nodding at Lugh.
"See? She agrees with this alliance."
"Very well. Medea Kushina, can you guys create a pact for the alliance?"
"Of course, Master."
"Yes, Lexian-sama"
A half-hour later, Medea and Kushina finished creating a pact that would make the Vongola family and Celtic Pantheon an ally in the form of a scroll.
The pact said that both factions would help each other be it in military or medical aid. The pact also said that both factions cannot attack each other and will not have bad intentions towards each faction.
While making the pact with their rune and seal, Medea and Kushina are watched by both Lugh and Morrigan like hawks. I don't know if they watch Medea and Kushina in case they write unnecessary content or what, but my question gets answered when Lugh as them.
"Can you teach me how to make that kind of rune? No… by the look of it, it was an Asian in its origin. Is it the same as Youjutsu? But it has a very different shape than the one the Youkai writes when they are casting their spell. Also, why does each word need to be connected using another word? Is it these words that use a chain that connects the other word so it can cause a greater effect?"
I looked at Lugh with my eyes wide open, and my jaw dropped a little. I never thought that Lugh, the gods of the sun, behaved like a child when he saw Kushina performing a Fuinjutsu.
*PAH*
I wince a little when I hear Morrigan smack Lugh head with her hand.
"Ah! Sorry about that, I was just excited to see a new type of magic and skill that I don't know. Anyway, where do I sign?"
I let Medea explain that we need to sign the pact with our blood.
"Fair enough, in here, right?"
He then signed the pact, followed by me. A second later, the pact shone a little before it suddenly split into three scrolls. One scroll flew toward me, the other flew to Lugh, and the original floated in the air without moving.
"With this, the pact is done. Lord Lugh, the scroll you hold is a copy of the original. The same as the one Master Lexian holds. Lord Lugh and Master Lexian can decide where you place the original scroll."
I nod at Medea's explanation and say.
"Now that is done, Let us discuss how we, the Vongola Family, can help our newest ally."
