The gala was unforgettable for Xiu Ying, Ian and Xi Xing because they had fun. Xiu Ying even made a new friend… well kind of. She didn't know whether he was a friend or a newly acquired boss but either way, she was happy with the outcome. She had fun.

For Li Na and Ye Ying, well, in some way, they were embarrassed. Ye Ying only got to see him for less than half of the evening. He went God knows where, and some gold-digger was clinging unto him. She wasn't happy at all. She thought that her being his partner would bring them one step closer to furthering their relationship.

Well, the absolute opposite happened. She now had two things to deal with: one, a rival, someone who is trying to ride his coattails, and trying to earn a permanent spot in his tiny heart.
