9 Chapter 9- Jealousy

"Let me tell a story, honey. Her name is Eun Yang, her dad is a Mafia boss. Don Hyun's dad and Eun's dad were friends. Eun fell in love with Don Hyun. They eventually became lovers because their fathers want them to. But then, a couple years ago, Hyun's dad died while celebrating the birthday party of Don Hyun's cousin in this mansion. His dad was poisoned. There were so many people that they still don't know who poisoned his father, but they found footprints outside this mansion while investigating. It's on the internet news, you can look at it later. Since Don Hyun's dad has died, Don Hyun became the next mafia boss. Now, back to Eun Yang, 5 months ago, she caught two maids talking about how they like Don Hyun. After she heard their conversation, Eun slapped them, pored hot water on them, and dragged their hairs. Don Hyun saw what happened and I saw it too, she was so deranged. I felt so bad to the maids. Don Hyun and Eun later broke up, but still, she's clinging to Don Hyun and said that she won't do it again."

"Damn, that's brutal," I said.

"You must stay away from her, Hyeon," granny said.

"Yeah, and she shouted at me just because I look... pretty."

"Wait, so she thought you're a girl?" Granny was surprised.

"Yes... And I didn't even do anything to her, I was just minding my own business..."

Wait... Did Mister boss saw what happened between me and that girl earlier? Did he heard her? Haaaah... I guess she'll be the villain of my life.

Granny sighed. "So she still hasn't change. She's a two-faced person, she can act sweet even though she's a bad person. No wonder why Don Hyun broke up with her and didn't forgive her."

Granny's now worried, and I could tell her face what it said, it said that there is something wrong about this.

"Let's now proceed to our next task honey," said granny.

After granny told me that barbaric story about Eun Yang and the death of Mister boss' father, we got outside the maids room. I headed towards the second floor to took care of the guest room while granny was taking care of the dishes. While I was at the hallway at the second floor, I saw Mister boss and Eun Yang talking outside the office. I was so stiff and nervous. I passed towards them, and Mister boss suddenly called me, "Hey."

Fuck! Why would he call me in this situation right now? Eun is right by his side, and I don't want her to know that I'm a guy. I'm just not gonna say anything so she'll not know that I'm a guy.

I turned around and didn't say anything, I just raised my two eyebrows.

Mister boss paused for a second and scowled his eyebrows with confusion.

Shit. He might be wondering why I didn't speak.

"Let's have dinner tonight, just the two of us," he said.

WHAT?! He just invited me for dinner right in front of his ex! Why would I agree to have dinner with him again?

I nodded my head with pleasure two times.

I looked at Eun and she gave me that disgusted look and said, "You know what? I'm just gonna stay here a little bit more and join your little dinner. By the way, Joon, why would you invite this maid for a dinner?"

"None of your business," Mister boss said.

I bowed and walked away. I glanced at them as I turned right to the corner, and I saw Eun glaring at me, her glare was so terrifying.

It was almost night time after I cleaned the guest room. The other maids was cooking, and I rushed back towards granny where she was at. "Granny!" I called her.

"What's wrong, honey?"

"Mister boss invited me to a dinner again, but with his ex, and she still didn't know that I'm a guy, what should I do? Should I not just say anything when I'm with them?" I later changed my uniform into casual clothes.

"I think you should just tell her that you're a guy..." Said granny.

I sighed, "You're right, granny, so that his ex would not be mad at me anymore since I'm a guy... Oh! I'm gonna go now, granny. I think they are about to eat."

Granny's face looks so worried.

I rapidly went to the dining room, and they're still not there. I took a peek at the living room, and there I found Mister boss and he was all alone and was looking at the door as if someone left. He suddenly turned around the moment I peeked and saw me. I didn't hide anymore and I let him completely see me. "Mister boss, where's Miss Eun?" I asked.

Mister boss looked directly at my eyes and said, "How did you know her name?"

My life flashed before my eyes.

"I... U-Uhmm... I-Its because she introduced herself earlier," I smiled nervously and suspiciously, and Mister boss absolutely knows.

"Whatever. She's not my girlfriend anymore," said Mister boss.

"Yeah, I kno- I MEAN..." I sighed and just started to tell the truth since I am a bad liar, "Well... She threatened me earlier when she was on her way to your office, she said that she's still your girlfriend."

"Why would she threaten you?" Mister boss asked.

I didn't reply.

Then, Mister boss finally realized, "Ohh, pftt... HAHAHAHAHA... She threatened you because you look like a girl? HAHAHAHAH..."

"Until now, she still thinks I'm a girl..."

"You should've just told her," he said.

I blushed and looked away while saying, "Uhm, do you think I'm disgusting wearing that while I'm a guy?"

AHHHH!! Why did I asked him about that?! And now he's not responding...

He didn't answer and just stared at me. He leaned towards me, his face was so close to mine. "Hmm... I think feminine clothes suits you, you look cute on them," Mister boss said.

WHAT?! SHOULD I BE OFFENDED? WHAT DID HE MEAN BY THAT?

I immensely blushed after he said that. I feel like Mister boss noticed that I was blushing... I think

"C'mon now, let's have dinner."
