When Kaito finally opened his eyes, he was already back at his villa, lying on his soft bed as if nothing had happened. For a second there, he questioned whether it was a dream, but the moment he tried to sit up, he felt his entire body go stiff. The pain traveled from head to toe, making him feel as if he had been run over by a truck.
"What happened....?" He questioned to himself as he looked around.
The last thing he remembered was Mr. Watanabe holding a gun against Zaelek and then... his memory went blank.
He had no idea when he had passed out nor did he know how he got back here.
Ignoring the pain in his sore body, he pushed himself off the bed as he made his way to the living room.
There, he saw his secretary getting his wounds treated by Akira.
"What happened?" He questioned as he walked over to them.
His secretary hissed at the pain of the cold medicine stinging his wound.
