Connection
The situation in the small room where Irene and Charles met was getting colder now.
Really she did not expect the young man in front of her to be so cruel to his own uncle, who was indeed the woman's lover.
"What did you do to George?" Irene asked in the end to Charles and glared at the young man.
Charles just laughed disdainfully from what Irene said.
Irene clenched her fists on her thighs. She really annoyed with Charles's attitude.
"Where the hell is George? What did you do to your own uncle?" growled Irene, raising her voice.
Charles only shrugged his shoulders softly.
"I just taught him a little lesson, and ... oops ... my men hit him," said Charles casually.
"Tell me where he is now!" Snapped Irene at Charles.
After hearing Irene's anger, Charles took out several files that he showed to the woman.
"What is this?" Irene asked, confused by what the young man in front of her was doing.
