Natalie's Lines
Alonso couldn't bring Natalie back home right away because he had to rush back to the office. She ended up spending the day in his conference room, trying to get Kevin to meet up with her—no luck there. At least they managed to chat about the interior design plans for the workshop over the phone. That was the only topic Kevin was willing to discuss with her.
After a long, exhausting day, she dragged her feet walking through the mansion's front door, her hand clasped in Alonso's big, warm one. Despite their attempts to act normal around each other, things were far from normal between them.
"How is my father, Juan?" Alonso paused to ask when the butler held the door open for him.
"He is eating and taking his medicines, young master. Guests have been coming and going; we've kept it short."
"That's good to hear."
