CHAPTER 3: FIRST MEETING II

Rose Liu.

"Nana" I called my best friend "Rose" she replied "RUN" and we both turned around and ran. I must have looked stupid as l wobbled unsteadily trying to make a grand escape. We got out of the club and into a taxi and as l calmed down and recalled what had just happened.

I recalled the man l crashed into and threw up on. He was gorgeous, l felt small in his arms like we fit perfectly. His tousled hair made me want to run my hands through it, his strong arms made me feel secure and at that moment it felt like all my worries disappeared.

I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

"Rose"

I felt Nana shake me awake. I opened my eyes and got out of the taxi waving at her as the taxi drove away.

One week ago

I decided to come take a look at Bai corporation before my interview in a week. I was currently sitting in a coffee shop and l had just placed my order when I heard squeals from the entrance. I looked up and to my surprise or should l say horror the man I vomited was walking into the coffee shop. I got a better look at him and I have to he is gorgeous. He was probably 6 feet tall, his suit had to be from a designer brand though l am sure he would look good in it regardless of where it comes from. His hair still looked as inviting and gorgeous as ever and still want to run my hands through it.

I have never met anyone as handsome as him and before l knew it, I was smiling and shameless ogling the man. He turned around and l quickly looked away.

Aaron Bai

I was waiting for my coffee ignoring the squealing going on around me. I looked to my left and froze for a moment when I recognized the woman sitting by the window that looked so focused on the book in front of her.

"Rose" I whispered to myself. That was the woman that had plagued my mind for the past week and now here she was in front of me.

Looking at her I felt my heart skip a beat, she was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. Her long black hair, the subtle smile on her lips, and her beautiful blue eyes, I could not stop myself as my legs moved of their own accord. Bingpan looked at me confused as l walked away from him.

"Do you mind if l join you?" I asked.

She smiled at me, and I felt time freeze "Sure" she replied.

"Hello, beautiful you remember me? we crashed into each other at Moon club about a week ago"

She nodded awkwardly "I am so sorry about that day" She started "For throwing up on you and for running away from you" I smiled back at her "Don't worry about it, besides I think it must be fate bore us to meet each other twice in a week"

"I am Aaron by the way" I extended my hand towards her "Rose" she said shaking me. I couldn't ignore the tingling I felt in my heart as I forced myself to let her go trying not to seem creepy.

"Can I buy lunch or dinner as an apology for last time" I heard and looked up in surprise. I was still trying to find an excuse to see her again, but the heavens just helped me. "Dinner" l replied a little too enthusiastically.

"I am free today" I added, and she chuckled lightly. "Sure, what time works best for you?" "8 pm"

We exchanged numbers, picked a location, and agreed l would pick her up after much persuasion.

This was going to be the start of something great.
