Nya's Point Of View

I woke up and slowly opened my eyes. I realized that I was in my room. Everything rushed in my head, Jake, Ben and the fight. I pressed my eyes closed and took a deep breath. Try to forget for today. I told myself before standing up. I took a bath and wore a mid-thing summer dress. I wanted to look girly and looked like daddy's girl. I tied my hair in a high ponytail and wore ballerina's shoes. I smiled at myself in the mirror and walked downstairs with a smile. Keep that smile! My mind screeched. I didn't want my father to get worried unnecessarily.

As I walked in the kitchen, the smell of pancakes hit my node making my mouth water. I saw Martha making the pancakes while dad was sitting and reading a magazine. /"Good morning/" I greeted making both of the turned their head to me.

/"Morning/" they wished in unison. I kissed my father's cheek and took place next to him. /"You need help?/" I asked with a smile.
