My childhood had been a bliss, a memory that I'd never want to forget even though things were obviously different now. It all started on my eighteenth birthday, things changed the moment I learnt the truth about myself and the reason why I would probably never see my real mother again.
The man I called father all the years of my life was not my real father, rather it was his brother, the lousy and cool uncle that would always spend all his monthly income buying me gifts as a child. I always thought that he perhaps preferred me to my step brother, Junior, but after that day things began to make more sense to me.
